This property features two identical wooden cabins built with ecological materials, blending tropical charm with modern comforts. Ideal for large families, two families traveling together, or groups of up to 10 guests, the cabins offer a balance of shared space and privacy.

Each cabin accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:

• Open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a TV
• Fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, and all essential cooking utensils
• Ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and individual air conditioning unit
• Bathroom with hot shower and washing machine
• Bright mezzanine loft with two queen beds, accessible via safe, comfortable stairs refurbished in 2021
• Powerful air conditioning throughout to ensure comfort in the tropical climate

Together, the two cabins provide ample space for up to 10 guests, allowing for shared moments by the pool while maintaining personal privacy.

Outdoor Spaces

The property offers a refreshing shared pool powered by a solar pump, surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees. It’s an ideal spot to cool down after a day at the beach or exploring the rainforest.

Finca Los Mangos is situated in a vibrant, authentic local neighborhood in the hills of Manuel Antonio. The area is safe and lively, with a mix of local homes and vacation rentals nearby.

• A 10-minute drive to Manuel Antonio Beach, National Park, and Quepos
• Bus stop just 250 meters away with routes to the beach, Quepos, and San José
• Walking distance to small restaurants, local shops, a supermarket, and the neighborhood favorite El Cerdo Feliz

Guests should expect typical neighborhood sounds like conversations, music, dogs, and passing cars, which contribute to the genuine Manuel Antonio atmosphere.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including:

• Two private wooden cabins with separate entrances
• Shared pool and garden areas, exclusively for the two cabins (fully private when booking both)
• Secure gated parking for two vehicles
• Independent kitchens, bathrooms, and air conditioning in each cabin
• Outdoor seating areas offering ample space to relax or socialize

Self-check-in is available for flexible arrival, and the fenced property ensures full privacy.

Additional Information

• Neighborhood sounds: The lively residential setting means occasional sounds from locals, music, dogs, and traffic are normal and part of the authentic experience.
• Wildlife: Guests may see monkeys, birds, iguanas, and other animals. Please enjoy wildlife respectfully and avoid feeding them.
• Pool maintenance: Due to tropical weather and the large mango tree, leaves and flowers may fall into the pool. The host visits daily to clean and maintain the pool, occasionally entering the garden briefly.
• Parking: Two parking spaces inside the gated property; street parking is at your own risk.
• Access: The property is accessible with a regular sedan.
• Pool: The pool is not heated but remains cool year-round thanks to the tropical climate and shade from mango trees.
• Insect repellent: Recommended due to the tropical environment. Store food securely to avoid attracting wildlife.
• Loft access: The staircase to the mezzanine was refurbished in October 2021, replacing the steep stairs with a safer, more comfortable design.
• Luggage: No luggage drop-off or storage available.
• Pet policy: Small dogs are welcome for an additional fee per dog. Pets must be supervised and cannot be left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool area and may not use the garden as a restroom.
