The Space

Villa Koora offers an authentic Costa Rican experience. Step through the screen door and you can pick cacao and coconuts right from the trees in the yard. The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located 15 minutes east of the southern Pacific coastal town of Dominical. Situated in a quiet community called Valley of the Horses, this 12-year-old property provides privacy and security.

Inside, Villa Koora includes all modern conveniences you would expect from a high-quality rental:

There are two master bedrooms positioned at opposite ends of the villa. Each master bedroom has:

The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with all necessary utensils. It includes an island bar with stools and an eight-seat dining table. Preparing fresh local fish or native fruit smoothies is easy, especially with fruit stands and souvenir vendors along the main road nearby.

The villa’s interior decoration reflects Costa Rican culture beautifully, featuring Boruca Indian masks on the walls and vibrant handmade crafts displayed on shelves.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor area is exceptional, surrounded by lush native plants that thrive in the tropical sunlight. The swimming pool measures approximately 25 feet by 10 feet and maintains a comfortable temperature year-round.
