The people who helped us were excellent and very attentive. My whole family was very happy. The place is really nice. The only thing I would mention is the heat issue, because we went during the hot season and the rooms were very hot, and a lot of heat built up in them. Maybe they could put in some fans to provide more air, even if they aren't as attractive, because the ones in the rooms are very nice but don't move enough air for all the beds. Otherwise, we all loved it. It's a very, very nice place, very quiet, and it was perfect for what I planned with my family. Thank you very much.

It exceeded expectations! What a beautiful place. We had come from a long trip, and we were greeted by a very clean and comfortable house. Despite the heat, the fans and the natural breeze kept us cool. We watched a movie, and the cable and Internet work well. They let us store some fish we had brought in a very good freezer they have, because we thought they were going to go bad. Very nice fridge. Cozy and well-maintained house. The living room is spectacular. It overlooks the viewpoint, and we had several coffees there. This time it was just a quick visit, but we'll definitely come back with the family. A very good experience!

Very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it. Problems with service and check-out: some of us left early and they tried to take our rooms away from us even though we paid for the entire place. They had told us 11:00 AM and on the same day they said check-out was at 10:00 AM. We couldn't. We hadn't organized ourselves. Poor facilities and hygiene: The bathrooms were dirty and grimy; one of them had a faulty drain, and the water pressure in the showers was very low (they say they don't have a direct water supply). The rooms are small and the air conditioning doesn't work properly. The living room is not equipped for 13 people: it only has one dirty piece of furniture and another that is hard and uncomfortable, and the TV only tunes to one channel and the picture is blurry. Kitchen and equipment: The refrigerator was not working properly and there is no shelf to organize groceries. They were out in the open. Don Carlos is friendly, but it is annoying to have 24/7 surveillance. He gave us 33 bottles of water at 2,000 and charged us more than 100,000 pesos.

It is a beautiful place, with a very beautiful view and a very quiet place. We felt right at home. All the posted amenities work perfectly, and the butler is super helpful and attentive to any request. Eduardo is a very friendly person. He was very attentive to making sure our stay was comfortable. The house does not have air conditioning, however, it is a very cool house and the fans are sufficient.

A very nice place to stay, very quiet and with beautiful views. The caretaker is also very attentive to everything and helps with anything you need. We really enjoyed the stay!
