Villa Colorados es una hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios con un estilo colonial que combina espacios interiores y exteriores. Fue diseñada de nuestra familia para la tuya y de un surfista para otro. Está ubicada a solo unos pasos de la mejor rompiente de playa de Nicaragua. Nuestro personal es el mejor y está listo para atenderte.

Lo que hace especial a Villa Colorados es que uno de nuestros propietarios, Mateo, y su esposa local nicaragüense, Isamar, viven en la propiedad en una villa separada. Esto brinda la comodidad de contar con un estadounidense que habla español fluido y está disponible para satisfacer todas tus necesidades, junto con una nicaragüense nacida y criada en Gigante.

Detalles de la propiedad
Cada habitación se abre al área de vida al aire libre que incluye hamacas, sillas para descansar, mecedoras y un bar exterior alrededor de la piscina. El patio está diseñado para la diversión y el entretenimiento, con fácil acceso desde todas las habitaciones.
Las habitaciones cuentan con muebles de madera hechos a medida por artesanos locales nicaragüenses. Cada habitación tiene su propio aire acondicionado, ventilador y WiFi. Los baños tienen azulejos personalizados pintados a mano.
La sala, comedor y cocina son espacios abiertos y amplios que ofrecen un área agradable para relajarse. Las puertas corredizas de 18 pies se abren hacia la piscina, el patio y la vista al río en el jardín trasero.
La cocina está completamente equipada, cuenta con una isla y una despensa grande. Las ventanas de la cocina se abren hacia el bar exterior, facilitando el entretenimiento en el patio y área de la piscina.

Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed! Mateo the host, was amazing, willing to help anywhere needed. Location was perfect. House was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. We will definitely be back soon!

The location within the complex is perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Some utensils are missing in the kitchen and others in poor condition, but still resolves. Super personalized Matt's attention, responded to every query, the first day, we had ants invasion, he immediately responded. The house in general is fine, but you can definitely see the passage of time, the pool, the floors and bathrooms are quite worn, a point that is compensated a little for the good cleanliness of the house. The balance of the stay is positive.

We had an awesome week at villa colorados, the house is just a short stroll to the beach and has everything you need. We got the catering which was delicious and just what you need when you’re spending the days surfing. Matteo was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay, helping organize shuttles to and from the airport/ boat trip to another surf break/ golf buggy to cruise around Iguana. Would definitely come back.

Judy’s son Mateo was a 10/10 host. Very responsive and made the trip a blast. Felt super comfy in villa Colorados and I will be recommending Mateo to many friends. All around great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Colorados. The house was even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location was also great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Judy and Mateo were really responsive and quickly address any questions or requests. I would really recommend staying at Villa Colorados.

Hands down the best vacation me and my friends have experienced. From start to finish we couldn’t feel more at home with Mateo and his crew who all felt like family. We had a group of seven for a bachelor surf trip and despite having a big group every one of us felt completely taken care of. The house was even more gorgeous in person, the food was incredible, the photography was great and transportation was punctual. Everything was well organized thanks to Mateo and his team which meant we were able to surf as much as possible while relaxing as much as possible. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!
