Everything is very nice: the pool, the super comfortable and spacious rooms, a very spacious and very cozy space. 100% recommended. Miriam is always very attentive and very friendly.

Great spot on only 10 minutes to the apartment from the ferry & 10 mins to the playa Norte both walking distance

Miriam, the host was super responsive. We ran out of filtered water one day and she was responsive within five minutes.! air-conditioning is wonderful and there is privacy or three people with there.. super close to walking Street and restaurants on the ferry. We highly recommended Olivia go to Olivia restaurant just across street.

Both Reginald and Miriam were very kind and very nice, and we loved the home. It was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed it a lot. Recommended.

We loved our stay here and our time at Isla. We definitely will be back and hopefully be able to book here again! Thank you for a great stay! Also, Miriam is a wonderful housekeeper and made us feel very welcome and right at home!

This apartment is nestled in the middle of where everything is happening (it's a short walk to Playa Norte, and an even shorter walk to various restaurants/bars/coffee shops) -- but it never felt frenetic or chaotic. Instead, it felt like a secret. There's a gorgeous flowering tree cascading down the outside wall, so the apartment was always easy to see as we walked down the street to get home after a long day being on the beach. We stayed with two young kids (a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old), and this was perfect for them, too. We've been Airbnb-hopping around the Yucatán for a week, and my 4-year-old keeps insisting she wants to "go back to the lady's house" (Miriam was there to greet us, and she is very warm and helpful). The pool was great for the kids; there were floaties there to keep them safe and entertained. Bedrooms were incredibly peaceful; you really can't hear much going on outside because of the clever layout (and the wonderful white noise of the A/C). 100% recommend.

This has been one of our fav places to stay to really get to know a new place we’ve never traveled to before. It’s perfectly close to everything, the inside is beautiful and cozy, and Miriam and Reginald were both beyond helpful and accommodating. We would love to come back!!!

We had an amazing time at the villa. Check in was super easy. Miriam met us when we arrived and showed us around and provided the codes. It was in the middle of all the action. Only 2 blocks from the main strip and a few minutes walk to the main beach. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. If you get a golf cart, parking is not really available nearby so just be proactive. We went with Mega Ciros and they allowed us to park in a nearby parking lot. Full kitchen available with everything you need to cook. Coffee maker and microwave as well. Having a pool was awesome but it was too cold to use it while we were there. Definitely would be nice if it’s hot. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was comfortable with good local touch in the decoration. 6 people were comfortable there, although one of the room needs more ventilation. It was clean with everything you may need.. Communication with the hosts was effective and fast.. The location is good, a few mins from the beaches on both sides, local places to eat (tacos at the corner with the yellow ad are recomended) Pool was clean too, we did not use it but was clean.. check-in/out were easy steps and the instructions to find the place were accurate and easy to follow.. There was a bit of noise in the street but, I suppose it is normal at the center. It was nothing to worry about it and was temporary. Overall, I enjoy staying here, and would comeback definitely.
