We had an unforeseen issue with the building in the original booking that was beyond Jan's control. From the very first minute, he started looking for solutions and offered to relocate us to a property in a better area of Los Cabos. An amazing apartment with beautiful views, and he respected the same price without thinking twice. You can tell you care that you have a good experience. Clear communication, quick to respond and decisive. If you're looking for a host who really cares, Jan is the person. Thank you for saving us the trip. We'll be back for sure.

Two nice pools, beautiful morning sunrise views of the valley. Jan was a great host, arranged airport transportation and was very accommodating. For a spot close to the marina this is a great choice. Quiet, great indoor/outdoor space.

Love Cabo, this 3BD/3BA condo is ideal for groups and families. The hosts were communicative and helpful, went 100% smoothly. EVERYTHING is walkable from here. Hassle free stay and amazing value. Pro Tip: get lots of water for drinking and cooking and brew your own coffee at home. Also grab extra tacos from anywhere and eat them at home when you want a snack. Thanks Jan! Definitely coming back.

I have had experiences on Airbnb all over the world, and this one definitely gets 5 Diamonds. Jan demonstrated Accountability and Empowerment to make this stay the best of all. Without a doubt, each and every one of the places offered by this host is on another level in terms of location, accommodation conditions, and extraordinary service, something that is highly valued today and very few can offer.
