Información sobre construcción
Los Cabos es una zona turística en crecimiento y puede haber construcción en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. No tenemos control sobre proyectos o horarios de construcción, pero haremos lo posible para ayudar en caso de inconvenientes.
Acceso para huéspedes
Casa privada en comunidad cerrada. Los huéspedes tienen acceso privado a toda la casa, piscina, etc. (excepto el clóset cerrado del propietario).
Reglas y consideraciones importantes
- La edad mínima para todos los huéspedes es 25 años (los niños que viajan con sus padres están excluidos).
- No se permite ruido excesivo en ningún momento.
- El horario de silencio es de 10 p.m. a 9 a.m.
- En comunidades cerradas, el ruido o comportamiento perturbador después de las 10 p.m. puede resultar en multa.
- Se aplican cargos por personas adicionales después del huésped número 14.
- Al reservar, aceptas firmar nuestro Contrato de Alquiler en 24 horas y cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones.
- No se permiten mascotas a menos que estén autorizadas previamente.
- No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad.
- No se permiten eventos como bodas o despedidas de soltero/a sin autorización previa y pago de tarifa por evento.

- El arrendatario debe informar el número de personas y los nombres de todos los miembros del grupo.
- Por favor, registra no más de 2 niños (menores de 12 años) en el campo “Niños”. Los primeros dos niños se hospedan gratis compartiendo habitación con los padres. Cualquier niño adicional debe registrarse como adulto.
- No se permite ruido excesivo, conducta desordenada, desnudez ni trato irrespetuoso hacia los guardias de seguridad en ningún momento.
- Se pueden imponer multas de hasta $3000 sin previo aviso. Los huéspedes son responsables de pagar estas multas.
- Mínimo de 7 noches para las fechas 25/12 y 1/1; si se reservan ambas fechas, el mínimo es de 14 noches.
- No se permiten grupos de estudiantes de preparatoria o universidad durante las vacaciones de primavera sin aprobación (depósito adicional requerido).

it was not what I expected, poor quality beds for the place and what it costs the night. I do not recommend that elderly people go since they are too many stairs and it is very poorly distributed everything. very large house and do not have boilers with the ability to heat the water since the first night we did not have hot water and it was very cold.

We had a lot of fun here, the house staff is excellent! The taste of Mexico catering group made our mornings and the Isla pelican that the concierge recommended were a group highlight. It was a really beautiful place with beautiful views. The only negative experience we had was in regards to the taxi services; taxis and airport transit were VERY expensive. We did not feel the concierge was straight forward with us about our options, which felt sneaky. Not only was it insane prices for short distances ($100+ for an 7 minute drive, for example) - which was NOT communicated to us before taking the taxi - the taxi also arrived an hour late to pick us up. We negotiated with the drivers given the situation, and they ended up accepting $40 but a group member forgot their phone in the van. They held her phone hostage until we paid the other $64 for the 7 minute ride which put us all in a high alert situation as that felt very aggressive. When we let the house know, they defended the driver! Given the concierge did not gives us options, did not tell us the insanely high price before we entered the vehicle, the hour late ride leaving us stranded, and the aggressive phone hostage situation, it felt very unprofessional and part of a scam. It wasn’t until after that we realized we could have been using Uber that whole time. Learn from us and Uber or walk!!

Wow! What a fantastic house in a fantastic location. We stayed with 8 girls and it’s such a safe neighborhood and so close to everything. Our concierge was Giovanni and he took such great care of arranging every little thing we needed during our stay. We loved relaxing in the pool at the end of each day and there was so much room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Cabo villas does a great job of adding a ton of value by assisting with so many trip arrangements like transportation, chefs, groceries, activities making the whole experience top notch. If you stay during the summer be sure to walk down to the private beach for the best sunset views and fireworks.

CaboVillas is incredible. They made planning so easy from catering to airport pickups to taxi rides. The concierge made the stay so nice. We love Giovani! We never needed to follow up and see where anyone was for scheduled rides or house visits. All staff were on time and incredibly nice. The house itself is huge and clean. We will be back!

This was a wonderful stay all around and incredible value. The rooms were great, location was perfect, and service was top notch. Luis was maybe the best concierge I've ever worked with and would highly recommend CaboVillas.

I do not recommend this villa!!!! I paid a lot of money to go enjoy a nice vacation with my family and it was a nightmare. The rooms were full of ants. The fridge did not work and spoiled all the food I had bought for the kids. The main A.C unit was not working and the house was extremely hot ..

Amazing stay!!! Our communications with Jessica and concierge were seamless even before and during our stay. All our needs were met and they went above and beyond all our expectations. The location is amazing as well - close to downtown and the marina. Thank you!
