The house is located in a beautifully shaded yard with a large pool just steps away. A very nice and peaceful stay. It was a great place to wind down our Nicaragua vacation. Thank you Marc for a wonderful stay.

The Finca Marinina consists of only 4 units on a big beautiful property. It's a piece of paradise. It feels like you have the complex all to yourself. If you come back after a busy day in Granada, Managua or Masaya, enjoy the peace and quiet and it is a few degrees cooler. Marc, the host creates a quiet environment, is always available and gives useful tips. The large finca is suitable for a family. From the porch you have a great view. The kitchen is big. Parents and children have separate bedrooms. House is very well ventilated and therefore cool. This does not require an air conditioner. The complex is maintained every day by a friendly gardener. The images are not an exaggeration. It is really so beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet home as a base for excursions and want to relax for a few days, you are in good hands here.

a very nice and quiet place, good for distracting and disconnecting from the city. places nearby to go to eat or you can stay at home (keep in mind that a few things are missing in the kitchen, but you take them and you're all set). the pool is shared that I don't remember seeing on the listing but it's big enough to enjoy. marc's service is very good and the place is beautiful.

This place is great if you want a quiet and isolated place to relax and disconnect. Very calm. The pool was the best, my kid enjoyed it. The only issue we had was that the road leading to the property could get rough during the rainy season.

Peaceful location and closed to the main road. Clean and well maintained. We felt safe with my little kids. We loved the pool too.
