We had a great stay, the location is peaceful, the house is fully equipped and the host friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

I stayed 30 days at Paz's house and it was a good experience. The house matches the listing, it is private, spacious, has a beautiful garden on the grounds and you have plenty of privacy. It is close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walking), and to the surf spots (20/30 min from the popoyo reef). There is a market on the corner of the house and restaurants very close by as well. Paz was always available to assist in any matter, which was another positive point. Note that there is no air conditioning, so if you are not used to the temperature of the region, you may feel hot on certain days. This is important information, although it does not diminish the quality of the house. Thank you, Paz, for having me and see you next time!!!

I had such a great day at the Airbnb! It has a massive kitchen and two beautiful bedrooms and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything that you need. You are really close to the beach and a really safe area and there are markets and restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely come back here!

Paz was very communicative. Helped us to get a ride from the airport. Very close to playa santana. 15 min or so walk to beginner bay.

I felt right at home. The house has been built with natural raw materials and is very spacious and beautiful. Maria always responded very quickly and helped us further.

Really lovely place! Tucked away in a peaceful garden so feels private, quiet and secluded but still only 200m from the beach front, restaurants and shop. Would recommend this by far over the more ‘fancy’ places on the beach front, basically the same location, much better value, more personal space and more traditional. No AC wasn’t a problem for us, the bedroom is so well ventilated and the fan is more than enough. Maria is a great host, very welcoming, responsive and always on hand to help with anything required. She gave some good local recommendations too. Would recommend getting a scooter, driving to the cheaper local restaurants nearby will save you money overall for sure! Surf wise, it’s very close to the break at Santana but a little walk (~15-30mins) to Popoyo main break and beginners bay, this is reduced if you have a scooter. There were some boards available to rent cheaply at the property, including foamies and shortboards suitable for intermediates. Great surf base!

Wonderful stay in a spacious adorable house. Everything what we needed was there. Very good beds. Paz is very helpful and informs you very well. Also the communal area is lovely to chill. The aread was nice an quiet. Very green, I loved the nature. We definitely come back.

Paz was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had! It was super friendly, communicative, we recommended to do in the area a very rich restaurant with pool called Costa Oeste. We enjoyed being in the house and had everything we needed! We recommend this place! Thank you very much Paz!
