5BR Chalet in Armenia

This house was in a great location! 10 minute walk to town, quiet and beautiful. The views are amazing, spending the afternoon on the gazebo overlooking the valley was the best way to wind down the day. The caretaker (who lives next door) was very attentive and makes a delicious breakfast. The house itself is full of eclectic art and decorations from around the world. If we make it back to Salento we’ll definitely reserve again! Highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this stay because it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on Airbnb. The place was beyond beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the whole property is incredibly peaceful. The location is also perfect—you get that quiet, serene feel while still being within walking distance of Salento. Our host was very kind and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the trip. A special shoutout to Emilsen, the lady who cares for the house—she was so welcoming and truly treated us like family. We had an amazing experience here, we would definitely love to go back, and we cannot recommend it enough!

we had a fantastic time at Emilia's house. The house itself is beautiful decorated with pieces from all over the world. Pictures ( assumed from Emilia's family) around the house offered a window to different generations of her family creating a feeling like we were visiting a friend. The view from the house is breath taken and the gazebo adds something else to the whole experience. you MUST bring insect repellent and drive a SUV or a bigger car because the road is in a rough shape.

I was hesitant at first of booking this Airbnb. I’m glad I did and didn’t go by reviews from years ago. I was there with my family. We loved it. We arrived at night and we got up in the morning was unforgettable! The views are breathtaking! We asked for the breakfast (delicious)and Emilsen was such a joy. What a pleasant lady. We would definitely come back! I highly recommend it. We had our own car and it was 5 minutes from the main park. Bring mosquito repellent. Thank you to Emilia and Emilsen. Our stay was very positive and we really enjoyed it. 🙏🏻

Beautiful location. The views are amazing and pictures don’t do it justice. Emilia was great to respond and very friendly. 100 recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful location with family.

A beautiful place located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Just being in the house is enough to feel like you're in paradise.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at Emilia’s. I’ve never stayed in a place with such beautiful views and so many lovely spots to enjoy them from. The house was just as nice as the photos. We walked to town each day for dinner (10-15 walk). We also had the pleasure of Emilsen’s breakfasts and her cheery presence.

The house was beautiful. The decor, the views and the garden with the humming birds! the attention to detail was second to none. Emilsen was incredible and her breakfasts were delicious. Would recommend anybody to stay here on their trip to Salento if thy want it to be extra special.

an absolute top location in Salento, with an improbable view. Well equipped with great beds a great service by Emilsen. You have to go up the mountain but it is more than worth it!! recommended!
