It provides a peaceful escape from the busy pace of everyday life, allowing guests to unwind amidst stunning mountain scenery, beautiful sunsets, and a coffee plantation.
The Space
Santa Isabel enjoys pleasant weather year-round, typically starting the day around 65°F, warming to about 75°F by noon, and cooling down again at night. During the harvest season from October to February, guests can experience the coffee harvesting process firsthand. From February through September, the farm showcases a captivating transformation as coffee plants bloom white flowers and develop into ripe coffee beans.
The lodge offers various activities for all ages, including:
- Horseback riding
- Soccer
- Family board games and puzzles
- Watching movies in the mezzanine
Guests can also enjoy waking up to freshly brewed, roasted coffee from Santa Isabel while listening to the morning calls of howler monkeys and a variety of exotic birds.

Visitors have full access to the entire property.
Please note the travel details:
- The drive from Managua to San Ramon is on paved concrete roads.
- From San Ramon to the farm, there is a 4.5-kilometer stretch of macadam roads consisting of dirt and rocks.
- A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended for this part of the journey.
- A representative from Santa Isabel will meet guests in San Ramon and escort them to the farm.
