Evelyn's house is great value for the money and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and we loved congregating together at the outdoor table. The beds are extremely comfortable and Evelyn was always available for our questions. The neighborhood is delightfully emerging, and there are some wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We loved walking to these, local bodegas, and the taco truck down the road. This is very much an opportunity to live more like a local than you would if you stayed in Tulum's hotel zone. It's grittier, but much more colorful and authentic. We would 100% stay again. One note: the listing address doesn't necessarily show up accurately on GPS. We found it was more accurate to search for "Menchaca Studio." Additionally, if you're renting a car, I would strongly recommend a car with higher carriage like a small or midsized SUV. Our small sedan bottom out on the rougher dirt roads.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Tulum. The place is modern and clean and cozy. The patio and pool were fantastic. The property manager Rosie was in communication with us before and during our visit to assist with any needs we had. Vito, the on site manager was awesome, and checked in daily to clean the pool and see if all was good. Location was perfect just at the end of the Tulum “strip”. Not an easy walk to town in the heat, but bikes are available if you don’t have a car. This place was perfect.

You ca expect a very responsive host and a house that is very nice and has a great pool. Just be aware that it is two separate apartments on separate floors- bonus is you get 2 kitchens that way.

Excellent airbnb, very good communication with the people in charge, they got extra bikes for the 12 people and took care of us. The house is very clean and with the best services 100% recommended

Beautiful home! Evelyn was a great host, she made this trip go by smoothly with the help of Vito. Would stay here again whenever I visit Tulum again.

Bikes are key to getting around Tulum! Having them onsite is a godsend! The pool is a gem and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
