The Airbnb unit itself was clean, modern and beautiful. However the building owners had a rager party from 2 pm until 2 am, the walls in our Airbnb were shaking the entire time and all you could hear was the music bass. At 2 am the bass stopped and people were screaming outside until 4 am. The walls were very thin and it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture all night.

The location is HORRIBLE. It’s on Highway 1. You cannot walk to a beach. Traffic noise 24/7. On top of that, the owners threw a RAGING 12-hour party on our last day, on the rooftop. Blaring music. We complained. The sent a rep. to our apartment who offered us two free half-hour massages, in-house. The rep said the music would stop at 11 pm. It blasted until 2 am. They lied, obviously - which is indicative of the fact that they have little regard for their paying guests. We got very little sleep, even though we were paying to sleep there. Absolutely horrible. We had to ask for toilet paper, garbage bags and a bath mat. They responded to those requests. It’s a new building. NO outlet in one bathroom. One in another, but no blow dryer. One small attached blow dryer in master bath. I would never return, neither would my friends. We got stuck here when our other Airbnb host canceled on us less than 48 hours before our trip. There is a reason it was available…yuck

The apartment was beautiful and there is a fantastic burrito place downstairs and a coffee shop. The burrito place also served coffee which opened earlier than the coffee shop. There’s an xoxo downstairs as well but didn’t have much. We crossed the highway and walked the beach which was nice. Views are amazing, property is perfect but there’s not much else to walk to. Uber worked well for us

It was exceptional. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but close to all the major attractions. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with all the amenities one might need. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly.
