Location

The house provides stunning sunsets over Pie de la Cuesta as seen from the pool area. It is a completely private property reserved exclusively for guests.

Please note:

• The property does not have direct beach access.
• Caleta, Caletilla, and other nearby beaches along the coast are approximately a 10-minute drive.
• Pie de la Cuesta is about 20 minutes away by car.

Guest Access

• The pool is exclusively for guest use and is not shared with others.
• Guests have full access to the house except for the top floor, which serves as a wine cellar.
• No other residents live on the property.
• Please specify the number of guests staying so the space can be prepared accordingly.

Additional Information

• The rental price is fixed for up to 10 guests, including children and infants.
• The maximum occupancy allowed is 15 people; additional guests beyond the reservation are not permitted.
• The house is delivered clean upon arrival.
• For extra cleaning services, guests should contact the cleaner directly to arrange availability.
• Pool maintenance depends on usage; guests should coordinate with the caretaker to schedule cleaning and avoid using the pool for about two hours afterward.
• A table and chairs suitable for a home office are available upon request.
