Great location for a family/group of six. Very spacious living room area and kitchen. All the amenities in the facility are clean and maintain daily . There are several pools available with plenty of area to lounge around. The view from the balcony is awesome. The complex is in a very good spot to go around Cabo or San Jose del Cabo. Highly recommend this place for a relax place to stay.

communication is bad, awful, non existent. I messaged 4days in advance requesting early check in because our flights were changed with no response. Messaged again the day before and received what appeared to be an automated message with check in instructions. Decided to go eat and do other things even though we all wanted to come shower because I received no response. Arrived 15 minutes before check in and cleaners were no where near finished so they offered to let us awkwardly wait in the balcony/couch while they cleaned. finished way after check in time and told us that the towels were not done so we had to do those ourselves. Contacted property again with pictures and all they offered was an apology and told us they would send the cleaning crew again mid stay to make up for it… never happened. still giving them four stars because the place really is nice, just as the pictures show. Prime location. W/ a parking spot. Just don’t expect a response. Awful first impression.

Nos gustó mucho el departamento por la ubicación, la decoración y la comodidad. El condominio Vista Vela II está muy a gusto porque tiene muy cerca de plazas y restaurantes. No tuvimos comunicación con el Administrador, solamente seguimos las instrucciones de entrada y salida del departamento.

Incredible property with spectacular views! Convenient location near grocery stores and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it!

I would not hesitate to rent this home again. The views were spectacular and location was perfect for us. Close to amenities but away from the main tourist area. A few small points for improvement: leading up to the stay, the host took a long time to respond to questions, linens and towels could have been nicer. Other than that it was great!
