It's a spectacular place to relax. It meets all the conditions and services offered in their listing. But I think the description of the property is very understated. It's really a very nice, clean place with plenty of space to have a great time 👍

It was an unforgettable vacation. It was totally worth it. The rooms have all the comforts, and the social area feels very peaceful and quiet. It is perfect to enjoy as a family, and the best part of all is the host, who is always willing to take care of whatever you need.

The property is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The host was always friendly, polite, and responsive whenever we reached out, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming. Marcela also prepared delicious food for us during our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we experienced water supply issues on 2 different days, lasting around 12 hours each time, which significantly impacted the experience for our group of 10 adults and a baby. While the host did try to assist, the issue ultimately could not be resolved during our stay. Additionally, there seemed to be a significant issue with geckos inside the property, including gecko droppings found on beds and in bathrooms, which affected cleanliness and comfort during the stay. It’s honestly disappointing because the place itself has so much potential, and under different circumstances I would have gladly given this stay 5 stars. I truly hope these issues can be addressed.

Overall the places matches the pictures and the outdoor space was very friendly for our family. It can have some updates in the house with the smaller rooms. I appreciate the recommendations provided by Santiago and his team. We were able to utilize the cooking services and transportation. As usual with this type of properties that have such as big outdoor spaces there were some wasp next in some areas, but we left them alone and did not bother us at all. On the other side we did appreciate seen lots of birds and “capibaras” (which we learn were similar but not the real thing). Overall we had a good time in the property.
