Unique and unforgettable, if you want to rest in a paradise, I invite you to TUK, here we have a pool on the Rooftop, a gym for you to continue your routines, free parking and everything you may need for an unforgettable vacation or a comfortable business visit. Guest access Access to all common areas, gym (extra cost, $1,000 pesos per month $200 pesos per day) Other things to note *Complimentary 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom *The stay includes a set of bath and pool towels. NEW SET OF TOWELS AND BED LINEN HAS AN EXTRA COST AND IT IS NECESSARY TO REQUEST IT. *Electric power: 10 kw per day are included. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern, eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Lage war wirklich ideal, man hat einen Supermarkt direkt neben an und die Möglichkeiten in ein Fitnessstudio zu gehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gemütlich. Ich habe nur einen Kritikpunkt die Wohnung hätte richtig gewischt werden müssen, der Boden war leider staubig. Alles im allen war es eine tolle Erfahrung. se ingresa con clave al edificio, la cual funcionó solo el primer día al preguntar por la nueva no se dió una respuesta rápida, demoraron un día lo cual nos generó una muy mala experiencia. de resto el apto es genial y su ubicación muy buena.

Excelente ubicación especialmente si vas de trabajo a la zona ya que puedes tener acceso a todas las amenidades como restaurantes tiendas etcétera

Este departamento se merecería una calificación más alta. Desafortunadamente la falta de atención a los problemas que tuvimos, nos hizo dale 3 estrellas. Si pedía un instructivo para usar la lavadora, me mandaban a consultar por internet; tardaban en contestar los mensajes y en algunos casos no dos dieron la información que pedíamos, como donde llevar la basura en la parte de afuera del edificio. tenemos un bebé y queríamos sacar la basura del baño para no generar malos olores. tuvimos que indagar con los guardias para saber dónde hacerlo. El aire acondicionado falló en la primera noche y a primeras horas de la mañana siguiente lo notificamos (el calor en la sala/cocina era insoportable). Tardaron horas en avisarnos que no iba a llegar nadie, porque la empresa de reparación de confianza no tenía tiempo, sino hasta el siguiente. Encontramos una empresa por nuestra cuenta y dijeron estar libres esa misma tarde. del Titán Team nos ignoraron... mala experiencia de comunicación y 0 empatía

The place is dirty , the floor in the kitchen is dirty. They hit dirt and trash under the couch and the toilet was dirty with urine stains and hair I reported it to them. They didn’t even respond.

Overall great place; but gave 4 stars as they ignored the fact that the toilet seat was broken since first day of arrival and it wasn’t taken care of
