Guest Access

The condominium is located within Puerto Cancún, a private complex in the Hotel Zone known for its exclusive and luxurious setting. Access is restricted and monitored by security personnel. Upon arrival, guests must register at the security booth.

• If arriving by transportation, you can be dropped off at the ground-floor motor lobby and take the elevator from there.
• If arriving by car, drive up the ramp and park in the private indoor parking area. The elevator is only a few steps away.
• Apartment access is self-service. A door code will be provided for entry and will remain valid throughout your stay.
• An electronic key card is provided inside the apartment for access to the shopping center through the door beside the pool.
