The Space

Moonshine Inn Pool Level Suite is a modern, open-concept 2-bedroom unit located on the first floor, offering 1,475 square feet of interior living space. The suite features:

The infinity pool and sun-heated Jacuzzi are shared with guests staying in the private suite on the second level. The maximum capacity for Moonshine Inn when fully booked is 10 guests.

Each bedroom includes air conditioning units, and the suite is equipped with cable TV, Netflix, and free 100 Mbps wireless internet. Multiple ceiling fans provide a refreshing breeze both indoors and outdoors.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, serving ware, a blender for tropical fruit drinks, and a coffeemaker. Guests receive complimentary organic Costa Rican coffee sourced from the host’s family coffee farm in Costa Rica’s Central Valley.

Guests have access to laundry facilities, the pool, outdoor bathroom, and outdoor showers. Two parking spaces are included with the unit. An outdoor grill is available for cooking.

Situated in the hills of mystical Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, Moonshine Inn offers a peaceful jungle retreat while remaining close to the vibrant center of this hillside beach town, often called the "Riviera" of Central America.

The property is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a small grocery store. The main road of Manuel Antonio, featuring additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options, is less than half a mile away.

The national park and beautiful beaches are a short 5-minute taxi or bus ride from the inn. The bus stop, serving routes between Quepos and Manuel Antonio beach/national park, is about a 10-minute walk from the front gate. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

The neighborhood is a harmonious blend of local "Tico" families, expatriates, and tourists, all enjoying the authentic "pura vida" lifestyle.

Additional Information

Costa Rica may experience occasional short power and water outages, typically lasting less than an hour but sometimes up to a couple of hours. Each unit is prepared with candles, flashlights, and a water reserve tank to ensure guest comfort during such events.

The area is also prone to earthquakes and tremors. Moonshine Inn is constructed from sturdy concrete designed to withstand seismic activity. Guests are advised to remain calm and, if possible, stand in a doorway during an earthquake, which usually lasts only a few moments.
