Well-located place, beautiful, just like the pictures. Fully equipped and with access to a superb beach where you feel like you're alone in the world, especially in the morning. The pool is amazing, and the seating around the pool is nice. There are outdoor showers for rinsing off. We would be delighted to stay at this place again.

The place is lovely. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a spectacular stay. The host was super helpful and always available. The location is magnificent, for those of us who love the tranquility of the beach, it is just a short walk from it and, just over 700 meters on foot at low tide, from the bustling and busy Tamarindo. Well-designed and organized spaces. The pool and surrounding seating area is also a comfortable place to spend a cool tropical night on the patio, play cards, or just share and cool off. Felipe was an excellent host. He was always making sure everything was fine. He gave good advice about the place, things to do, he was always available and was very friendly. About the house, we noticed that the 2 hammocks to sit in the pool were broken and there were only 2 for 5 people who went to the house. We think that a house at that price should have more hammocks, since you choose that house for its pool. If we couldn't sit down because the lot was surrounded by stones, it was uncomfortable to be in the pool area. The house is very cozy and clean. Felipe was an excellent host. We would definitely go back again. But please check the condition of the terrace and pool furniture, put hammocks and cushions so that we can sit and enjoy the beautiful pool that the house has.

We loved our stays! We had small visitors a few times (insects and others) but it didn't really bother us, it's part of nature! The pool is superb and the beach is 2 minutes away! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Simple and beautiful house. A little Vintage look inside and modern outside. We even added stays because the location was so good for us and our children! Thank you very much Felipe

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for what we wanted. The beach is just steps away and was never crowded. We were glad we had a rental car and went out exploring every day. Felipe is incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

Wow, what an amazing location! The beach is about a 45 second walk, just fantastic! Felipe the host, lives right next door and is so friendly if you need anything. The house is cute and the pool is so lovely. We felt right at home. We hope to visit again!

Third time staying at Felipe’s. That should say enough! Love the house, proximity to the beach and the recent upgrades made it even better. Will be back!
