La Privada is the only exclusive gated community in Aldea Zama, offering privacy and security. Please note that Tulum is currently experiencing significant development, with new construction projects nearby. Some noise from these developments may be noticeable during your stay.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Tulum! The home was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured. It comfortably accommodated our large group, and the pool and outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge team. Gaby and Mike were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist with transportation, reservations, recommendations, and anything else we needed throughout the trip. They truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job keeping the property clean and organized during our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tulum, especially larger groups looking for a memorable getaway!

We had a magical stay at this property. From check in until we left, Mike and Gaby were superb hosts. The house was spacious and beautiful and we spent lots of time in the pool. The attention to detail and care was top notch, we would 100% recommend.

Gaby and Damian were fantastic hosts, helping to plan our trip and keep on top of everything whilst we were there. The two houses were a great size for 12 guests and in a great location in a private gated community. The standalone room was also great for further privacy. Would highly recommend.

Great home and perfectly sized to host our group of 12. A bit far from any of the attractions/beach but taxis were easy to come by and the host, Gaby, was awesome. So helpful and ready to assist with anything that we were looking for guidance.

My stay at Michelle's was truly wonderful! I felt so welcomed when she personally came to say hi, and her manager was incredibly kind and respectful. The Airbnb was just right for our group of 11, making it the perfect setting for a bachelorette party. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; we felt safe and at ease throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special.

We stayed at Michelle's place with a few families and the houses perfectly suited all of our needs! The space is BEAUTIFUL- photos don't even do it justice! The rooftop pool became everyone's favorite spot, especially for basking in the morning sun while the day was just beginning to heat up. Gaby, the concierge, provided an exceptional level of service and helped us make the most of our stay. We had breakfast prepared by the staff cooks and I can't recommend this enough- we all agreed it was the best food we had on our whole trip! They also prepared an amazing birthday dinner for our group and were so attentive and cautious while accommodating a guest with a dietary restriction. My only regret was not having the staff cooks prepare dinner for us EVERY night! There was so much space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the grounds, and the entire experience was truly perfect.
