6BR Villa in Manuel Antonio

We stayed with a large group of friends, and we rented the entire home. The layout provided comfortable rooms for couples with privacy and also provided large gathering areas for all of us. However, we mostly hung out by the pool which was a fabulous complement to each of our day's activities. The kitchens were well stocked, and any questions that we had were immediately addressed by Vanessa or Jasmine (property management and maid service). The home was as described, but much better in person. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Such a beautiful property! Had the absolute best time celebrating my 30th birthday. Vanessa, Michael, and Kent were a delight to work with and went above and beyond.

I stayed at Kent's place in Manuel Antonio for a family reunion over New Year's for a week. Vanessa was always responsive and amazing from the beginning of me renting the house. We were a group of 16 people and we had a wonderful time in this house. The house is divided into 4 floors. Each room has it's own area with a kitchen, but the main kitchen was in the top floor. It worked out perfect for our family since everyone was able to have their privacy if they wanted it. We enjoyed the pool area everyday, which was wonderful and full of monkeys all around. We were close to the beach, the National Park, markets, cafes and many restaurants and clubs within walking distance from the house. The location was perfect. But most of all, we hired Sofia the Chef, for breakfast and dinner every night. What A TREAT. The food was amazing everyday. Sofia and Rebecca went above and beyond to make our stay OUTSTANDING. Would definitely recommend this property for a big group in Manuel Antonio. Thanks!!

Great accommodations for our group of 11.

My family and I had a great time staying at Castillo de Amber. The view is even better in person. There are a lot of stairs and the stairs are steep with uneven surfaces that would not be the best for older adults or young children. The rooms were spacious, the pool was big and refreshing. We spent a lot of our time in the pool. We would definitely return for another stay in the future.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! This was such a fantastic Airbnb. Each apartment is private but there is plenty of room for guests to mingle. Vanessa, our manager, took care of so many details for us. She arranged transportation for guests from San Jose for a very competitive price, cleaning, COVID-19 tests prior to departure, and so much more. I have stayed at dozens of Airbnbs all over the world and I can truly say this was the best of them all. The pool was fantastic, the apartments had absolutely everything you could ever need, there are monkeys in the trees, birds flying everywhere, and the location is extremely close to shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Thank you to our hosts!

Overall: I traveled with a group of 15 people for a birthday party and we absolutely loved the property. The best airbnb experience I have had to date! It is conveniently located to nearby restaurants and super markets in Manuel Antonio. The views are just incredible. Concierge: Vanessa was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was flawlessly planned. We had a private chef for most meals, salsa lessons, zip lining tour, and at home massages. Property: the property was very clean and had several floors with a lot of rooms for guest to spread out. It is four separate apartments so there wasn’t really a a large common area for 15 people together. The air conditioning and hot water were sufficient, but sometimes the pressure was light when several people showered at the same time. Sometimes the rooms with sofa beds were a little warm. Chef: we used Sofia as the chef and everything she cooked was amazing! I would highly recommend using her. She was on time and very affordable. Cleaning: Cleaning services came each day to swap out beach towels.

Castillo de Amber is a must when staying in Manuel Antonio. It’s so beautiful and perfectly located. Everything about this place is picturesque from the wildlife to the views from every angle. I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is great, close to everything you need during your stay. Notes to add, the air conditioning and hot water in the showers were great!

Beautiful. Place. Make sure ti ask for a chef. You will love it.
