The Space

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a dedicated workspace, and generous closet space. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ample closet storage. A twin-size mattress can also be set up to accommodate an additional guest.

Accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days with your family, very quiet and safe atmosphere since it is in a private condominium. Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Penca beach. They need to improve communication and make it more personalized, since they send multiple scheduled messages requesting additional charges to your credit card in exchange for giving you the check-in instructions. I had to call directly minutes before my arrival to get the access codes.

We were looking for a safe and authentic Costa Rican location that wasn't too close to the resorts but close enough for the beautiful beaches, and some of the entertainment that resorts bring. This was it. An easy walk to a quiet beach or local eats. 5 or 10 minutes drive to several resorts. 24/7 security and a gated entrance added to our ease of mind and comfort. after several days there we realize we didn't need it, but it was still wonderful to have.

The complex is beautiful, well maintained, the pool cleaned every day. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our cup of coffee in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the sunset in the evenings. The Unit had all the essentials, nice bathrooms, lovely bedrooms, a bit of a firm mattress, could have used a mattress topper. Close to grocery stores and close to an amazing beach, Playa Penca to watch the sunsets. Very peaceful atmosphere. Easy access to Uber, nice restaurants close by! We had a wonderful time.

Loved our experience! There were well thought-out amenities, the hosts were very proactive. The communal pool was very nice and the short walk to the beach was super fast. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to stay there again!

Loved our 2-night stay at Casa del Sol #26. Super clean, spacious, and well-equipped in a quiet, secure complex. The pool’s sparkling and never crowded. The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute walk to stunning Playa Penca, plus only a short drive to Las Catalinas (definitely a must-visit spot). There are also plenty of great restaurants close by, so it’s super convenient. The host was really attentive and helpful. We’d definitely love to come back with the family!
