Inside, the well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals for your entire group, whether you prefer cooking yourself or hiring a professional chef. The cozy sitting room is perfect for unwinding and relaxing.
Upstairs, a spacious game room overlooks the garden and pool area. It includes a ping pong table, pool table, television, and music system for entertainment.
Location and Surroundings
The villa is situated on a large plot of land that features the Gran Palapa Gym Park, which offers wall climbing and an American Ninja Warrior course. Guests staying at the house receive a 50% discount to enjoy the park and have free access to the Ninja Warrior course and a nearby cenote cave.

We had an amazing time. The super large pool. The pool's thatch-roof area is great, with a super useful grill. The TV room and table are incredible. The house is not luxurious, but it has everything you need to have an incredible time. We loved the space, and the grounds with the campfire area as well.

The house is large and the pool is very nice. However, the house lacks maintenance; the doors are damaged, and they creak or are crooked. There are not enough dishes for cooking; since it is designed to accommodate large families, large dishes are needed. The refrigerator is old and does not freeze. But we recommend this accommodation because we had a lovely time there. Shlomi was very responsive to our requests and did his utmost to resolve any issues. We're so grateful for that. Cleaning was done every 2 days, and it was very much appreciated.

Such a beautiful home! We had an amazing stay and everything was just as described. Shlomi was always quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were also incredibly kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting playa del carmen.

The place is truly wonderful!!! We were able to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary... and it was super SPECIAL!!! Thank you, man!!! Of course we would come back to this BEAUTIFUL place!!!!! And I also thank you very much for your help while we were staying there!!!

We spent a weekend as a family and loved it!! We had a great experience. The place is large and spacious. Everything was impeccable. The host's service was always very good, and we would like to return next year🙏🏽

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner/host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place is big enough for 20 people comfortably. The outdoor amenities including the pool, grill, cabanas, and palapas were a big plus. It’s a quiet and safe house. There’s a convenient store like 5 minutes walk for last minute shopping. I’d recommend this house especially if you plan to have a party with many people.
