Please note that a neighboring property is undergoing construction, expected to finish by the last week of January. Construction noise may be heard between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Although the site is somewhat distant, and noise should be minimal, we want to keep you informed.
The common areas and river access are unaffected by the construction, and the breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano remains fully intact.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Fabian’s place in La Fortuna. The blue house was comfortable for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the common areas, especially by the river. Also, the location is great! Highly recommend for visitors to La Fortuna!

This apartment was lovely, clean, and beautifully decorated. We love sitting on the patio and hearing the sound of the river and birds! Check in was very easy with clear and detailed instructions. Very close to La Fortuna waterfall and everything in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay Here! The check-in was seamless and the host was incredibly responsive to all our questions. The beds were super comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the beautiful river out back was pure magic. Perfect location and we would definitely stay again!

Fabian was accommodating when I had to make a last minute reservation and his place was clean, had games, a fully stocked kitchen and great views. Close enough to town but still felt like it was secluded.

Great location. Even was able to do my laundry before we left. Make sure to check out the river out back, was like a free activity to check off the list .

Awesome location and mostly awesome place. A little too picture nice to make it 5 stars. Several little things could use some attention. The river access made the stay worth it.
