The location of the apartment is wonderful! Very central and it was possible to do almost everything on foot. One issue with the location is that it is in a very busy square with restaurants, so one of the rooms was quite noisy until dawn. They were very kind during the stay, they left a fruit basket and a welcome wine and the concierge staff were always very friendly. The fact that it was 3 suites was excellent and the apartment has a small terrace that is charming. We had some problems during the stay: the refrigerator broke and there was no water in the building on 12/31 when we were getting ready for the new year. In addition, three of the guests had an allergic crisis during their stay. The apartment needs better maintenance and will be a wonderful accommodation

Amazing experience! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located near everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The maid was such a bonus — she helped with daily cleaning, did grocery shopping, and even prepared dinner for us one evening, which was truly appreciated. Sitting on the balcony after the rain and listening to the street activity was incredibly relaxing. We felt very welcome, and I even extended my stay for an extra day just to unwind, catch up on some work, and enjoy the space a bit longer. I didn’t want to leave on my last day because I was enjoying it so much. Highly recommended!

This a well appointed three bedroom apartment in a nice area of the walled city. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor of the apartment, accessed by a staircase. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only drawback was having to run the water for quite a while to get hot water in the shower. The kitchen is well equipped and there is seating for six around the kitchen island. Our host provided bottled water that was sufficient for our stay and a large plate of fresh fruit. We enjoyed exploring the walled city on foot from this location with the Clock Tower about eight minutes away. Taxis are available in the street in front of the building but we used Uber for exploring outside of the walled city. Food is readily available as there are a variety of restaurants within two blocks that range from fine dining to pizza. A variety of food carts pop up during the day, increasing in number in the late evening.

Great location for restaurants and sight seeing. Clean and comfortable 2 story apartment. Private balcony to enjoy evenings on roof. Small pool on first floor to cool off. Helpful doorman and housekeeper. Lots of music from The surroundings streets at night. Bring ear plugs. Would stay again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool to cool down. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place and would gladly book again. We ended almost every day on the roof top patio marveling at the view

Despite having initial issues finding the place, it is top-notch and was an overall highlight of our vacation in Cartegena! To start, it comes with great security using very present and polite doormen working 24-7. The location is phenomenal if staying inside the walled city and if you want to get a first-hand experience of the vibrant lifestyle of Cartegena. We could easily walk to most everything we wanted - shopping, groceries, churches, nightclubs, the water and the list goes on. The housekeeper (Marielis) was wonderful, and despite the verbal language barrier, she too became a highlight of our stay. Be sure to take advantage of her willingness to make an authentic Colombian meal. We did twice (a fish and empanada meals) and they were two of our favorite meals while visiting Colombia. The top floor/pool area overlooking Cartegena was yet another highlight of our stay. We are hopeful to visit again and if we do, we will undoubtedly hope to stay at Claudia's place again!!
