Unfortunately, there were issues with the water during our stay, and we didn't get the chance to stay in this beautiful home. However, I wanted to give this host a 5 star review due to his great communication, and compensation with quick refund. While it was a frustrating situation for everyone involved, Nicholas did everything he could to address the situation, and his property manager found us another rental to crash in the first night so that we weren't without a place to sleep.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedora, muy limpio eso me encanta todo bien detallado y en excelentes condiciones, muy buenos implementós de cocina, buenos aires, camas excelentes, la piscina un plus enorme, la ubicación excelente, lugar muy tranquilo la verdad 100 de 100 sin duda alguna volvería a su casa. El anfitrión excelente super atento y dispuesto ayudar y aclarar cualquier duda, la verdad ninguna crítica negativa todo excelente

We booked this place very last minute because our other host cancelled. We were so grateful that Nicholas hosted us. The place was as described, fairly well stocked, with very comfortable beds and a beautiful private pool! There is also a beautiful community pool in the complex. It’s close to downtown and you can walk to the beach. We were able to cook our own dinner which was really nice. There is lots to do in the area.

We love Nick's place. The house is beautiful, great equipped kitchen, clean and the patio was the highlight of our trip. The property's location is great, walkable to the beach, grocery store and many restaurants. We will definitely stay at Nick's place again. Go Broncos!!!

Very comfortable, safe, quiet, and spacious. Internet was fast, kitchen had everything you need, AC's can cool the place in minutes, private pool was great. and walkable to everywhere in town.
