A great house, quiet and private, the pool water was perfect, and the amenities were incredible. Perfect for resting and forgetting about everything for a while. The supermarkets and the store deliver to your home without any problem

Opportunities: The photos and description on the website do not match the actual situation (bed arrangement, TVs in the bedrooms). There are cats living in the house. Lack of preparation to welcome us: We didn't have hot water for a day and a half, there was a lack of quality cleaning, we found a dead cockroach in a drawer and a dead scorpion in the entryway. There was no pest control inside the house; 4 more cockroaches (alive) appeared inside the house. Lights that wouldn't turn on (main hallway), moisture on ceilings and walls. We ran out of toilet paper for 12 hours. They don't change the towels even once, even if you stay for 5 days. Building on the above, the house would be perfect. Strengths: Incredible house size and areas, perfect pool heating, mosquito nets, excellent pool table and ping-pong table, large green areas, spacious rooms, and an excellent kitchen assistant, “Dulce.” Flexible schedule and availability to retrieve forgotten items. Home delivery services. Close to stores.

Excellent for enjoying a weekend break with the family; the house has everything. Easily accessible and in a super quiet area. The pool was amazing; it stayed at 86°F at night and 88–90°F during the day starting at 10 or 11 in the morning, thanks to the solar panels.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, it has lots of things to enjoy (pool, pool table, ping pong, TV), and the patio and pool are very large, so there is always something to do. We appreciated the cooking and cleaning service because it allowed us to enjoy our weekend even more.

It is a very nice and pleasant house, it matches the description. But as I mentioned, the host did not give the address correctly when entering, no one was attentive to the arrival and I had to wait until he answered the call.
