The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is. The view is spectacular and the area is very nice and quiet. Something I should point out is that the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and I loved that!

Absolute Paradise in San Juan del Sur! We stay at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was hands-down one of the absolute best places we’ve ever booked! Everything about the home was perfect for us—spacious, beautiful rooms, a fabulous private pool, and stunning ocean views that you just can't get tired of. The property management team was phenomenal from start to finish! Franklin in particular went above and beyond to make sure our stay was completely seamless, welcoming, and relaxed—true top-tier service. The only tiny things to note for future guests are that there isn't a microwave, and having an on-site washer and dryer would be a nice bonus. But honestly, those are small details in an otherwise incredible property. We loved every second here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Casa Corazón exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful, incredibly clean, and the ocean views are unforgettable. We loved spending time by the pool and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. Check-in was easy and the host’s team was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The property manager met us on arrival and escorted us to the villa. A car or reliable driver is necessary. The villa was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The space, pool and view were highlights. The AC did not work the first night in very hot weather and we could not reach the hosts via Airbnb or phone despite multiple attempts. No one in our group slept that night due to the heat. The issue was resolved the next day by the property manager. Wi-Fi was spotty and the bathroom water pressure was very low. However, hot water was always available. There were also occasional short power outages, though they resolved quickly. Overall, the villa is beautiful and comfortable but responsiveness during an urgent issue and utility inconsistencies affected the stay. It was disappointing no compensation was offered for the first night and there was no empathy shown when the host finally replied. Thanks to the property managers Alfredo and Franklin, they were both pleasant.

Photos don’t do it justice! Beautiful quiet area. You get guided to the house by a super nice man who gave us a tour of the home and showed us how to use all amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. Franklin was great and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
