El espacio
Relájese con toda la familia en esta tranquila y espaciosa casa frente al mar, ubicada en una playa única rodeada de exuberante naturaleza. Playa Tesoro es considerada una de las joyas de las playas del Pacífico de Nicaragua, ubicada a 45 minutos de León y a solo dos horas de Managua.
Casa Mar Serenity cuenta con tres habitaciones idénticas. Cada habitación incluye:
- Aire acondicionado
- Una cama tamaño queen
- Una litera individual
- Un baño privado completo
- Capacidad para hasta cuatro huéspedes
- Dos toallas
Cada habitación cuenta con sábanas limpias, toallas de baño, jabón de baño, jabón de manos y papel higiénico.
Las características adicionales incluyen:
- Parrilla de carbón
- Carbón y gas incluidos
- Piscina con un área poco profunda para niños
- Escaleras en la piscina para facilitar el acceso
- Agua potable filtrada del grifo de la cocina
Política de mascotas
Se aceptan mascotas. Por favor, tráigalas consigo, asegúrese de brindarles el cuidado adecuado y mantenga la limpieza de la propiedad y sus espacios.
Ubicación y suministros
Debido a que la propiedad está ubicada lejos del centro del pueblo, se recomienda a los huéspedes traer todos los alimentos y bebidas necesarios. Hay una pequeña tienda disponible en la carretera principal de Salinas Grandes, aproximadamente a 25 minutos de la casa.
Electricidad
La tarifa por noche incluye un consumo máximo de electricidad de 40 kilovatios-hora por día.
Para ayudar a monitorear el consumo, el encargado le mostrará la lectura del medidor de electricidad al llegar. Por favor, revise nuevamente el medidor antes de su salida. Cada kilovatio-hora adicional tiene un costo de 15 córdobas, que serán cobradas por el encargado.
La casa recibe servicio de electricidad residencial de DisNorte y no cuenta con un generador eléctrico.
Registro de entrada y salida
- Registro de entrada: 3:00 p. m.
- Registro de salida: 12:00 p. m.
Acceso de los huéspedes
- La bodega y la habitación del encargado no están disponibles para los huéspedes.
- La azotea no tiene barandas. Los niños no pueden acceder a ella sin la supervisión de un adulto.
- Los huéspedes pueden subir a la azotea para tomar fotografías, pero no se permiten otras actividades allí.

Excellent place. The view and the beach are spectacular. The house is quite clean and tidy. Eduardo is an excellent host and easy to contact.

Very nice place! The pool was great and the beach felt very private. The house next door is also a rental, and during our stay on Saturday, a group had loud music playing until 3 AM. This wasn't our Airbnb's fault, but it's something to consider if you're looking for total tranquility, weekdays might be calmer. Other than that, the place was amazing! The road was rocky, but we made it fine in a sedan by just driving slowly. Would love to come back!

It's a house that's on the beach shore. It has a pool, but it needs cleaning. There was dirt in the water and on the pool walls as well. The house has glass doors in the bedrooms and they were extremely dirty. One of the bathrooms smelled very bad. It is also in a place far from everything. You have to be prepared not to go out once you get there, because the nearest store is about 40 minutes away. The road becomes a dirt road at one point, so it is not advisable to go by any vehicle as access can be difficult.

The house is perfect for disconnecting. It has everything you need to be comfortable. Wi-Fi, electricity, A/C, TV, equipped kitchen. Rooms with good space. The only thing is that the road is a bit difficult because of the rocks. You have to have a vehicle with good ground clearance. The service is excellent.

Excellent if you're looking for privacy, tranquility and to disconnect. The beach is oceanfront and beautiful. Half of the road is not paved, but it is very accessible. The internet signal is not very good and neither is the local phone signal, but you still enjoy the beach and the tranquility. There is a small ranch facing the ocean that would be spectacular with a few people. Highly recommended and I will definitely return. I also give the house staff a 100 💯. Excellent service.

Lots today and keep yourself entertained with within the home, but ne prepared to have nothing else around you. Everything is far away, needing a car to get to any shops, which was informed to us. The drive was rocky, but its to be expected. Overall, the family had a fun and wonderful time! Sadly though, the beach, for as beautiful as it was, was not particularly safe for swimming or lounging in.
