Important Notes

• This is a brand-new condominium; some areas are still under construction to expand the community. While the residential building, parking structure, restaurants, and amenities are complete, daytime construction noise may be heard.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parties or events are prohibited inside the apartment.
• Lost key replacement fee: $40.
