3BD 2BA Penthouse Villa at Sandy Feet Beach Resort

My family and I have stayed in Belize five times in the last three years. With our last three visits being in Placencia. This property is the one we’ve enjoyed most of all. Comfortable clean accommodations. Spectacular views from the balcony. Wonderful food and drink and experiences all within walking distance. Host and her office staff were friendly, attentive, and focused on maximizing our enjoyment while visiting their property. Will definitely stay here again!

What an amazing spot! Right in the heart of Placencia but away from the louder restaurants. Loved the on site pool and restaurants, and our host was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again!!

We stayed in Britany’s 3BR property for two nights as a group of 3 couples. The place was better than imagined and one of my favourite AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. Comfy beds(best sheets ever!), super clean and bright. Loved the patio with ocean view, The surrounding property, pool and beaches were perfect and there are so many great restaurants, shops and beach bars within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and they even let us store our bags and put some things in the fridge even we arrived earlier than expected. 100% would recommend

The views are absolutely breathtaking—photos don’t do this place justice. Waking up to the ocean and ending the day with those sunsets was unreal. The property itself is modern, spotless, and incredibly convenient, with everything laid out thoughtfully for a comfortable stay. You get the perfect mix of luxury and practicality, which made our trip completely stress-free. This will 100% be a repeat booking for us. If you’re going to Placencia, this is a must-stay.

Stayed in the penthouse 3BR over New Year's. We were so happy to have a balcony overlooking the Caribbean on which to begin and end each of our days. The rooms were spacious and each had air conditioning (which is a bonus for Canadians!). Britany responded quickly to any of our concerns or requests. This is in such a convenient location - there are two restaurants in throwing distance, and being right next to the sidewalk grants easy access to many more. There is also a market a couple minutes away to help fill the fridge. Having to walk up a few flights of stairs might not work for people with mobility issues, but other than that, I can't think of any major issues worthy of mention!

We had the best time at Sandy Feet! Britany, her husband, and the staff made us feel right at home. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old and were thrilled to have the option to put him in his room so that we didn't have to tiptoe around in the evenings. The location in Placencia Village can't be beat-- right on the sidewalk, close to some of the best spots (Barefoor Bar, Tipsy Tuna in the PM, Cosy Corner, De Tatch in AM, etc.) and about a 10-minute walk to the Point where we were able to participate in some of the fun of Lobsterfest! With a small child, you can't beat the convenience of having an ocean-front pool. We were able to jump back and forth quickly and enjoy delicious drinks and food poolside from The Bohemian. Britany was super helpful with recommendations beforehand and a great guidebook once we got there. She was also able to provide a pack 'n play so that we didn't have to lug ours along. We'd definitely love to come back and hope we can bring friends along with us!
