Amplia y luminosa vivienda interior/exterior amueblada específicamente para alojar cómodamente a grandes grupos de amigos y familiares. Los espacios abiertos permiten que los amigos compartan tiempo juntos con comodidad, mientras que las seis habitaciones y 5.5 baños ofrecen la privacidad necesaria para una noche de descanso relajante.
El espacio
Nuestra casa fue diseñada pensando en una hermosa convivencia interior/exterior y amueblada para acomodar cómodamente a grupos grandes. Limita con una amplia zona verde con vegetación nativa y tropical, y es la casa más cercana al océano en nuestro vecindario.
La piscina y las áreas de comedor al aire libre son sumamente privadas, lo que hace que el tiempo con amigos sea aún más especial.

Hemos visto que los huéspedes llevan la mesa exterior al interior para que grupos más grandes puedan comer juntos.

Normalmente, los huéspedes pueden quedarse hasta tarde el día de la salida, excepto cuando hay alguien llegando ese mismo día. En ese caso, pueden dejar las maletas en un solo lugar y usar una habitación como la sala, pero el personal de limpieza necesitará limpiar el resto de la casa.
Debido a que tenemos horarios de llegada flexibles, los nuevos huéspedes pueden dejar sus maletas desde las 11 a.m. Les enviaremos un mensaje si es necesario coordinar la llegada y salida el mismo día, lo cual ocurre solo unas pocas veces al año y no representa un problema.
Pueden esperar que esta propiedad esté limpia, pero debido a nuestra proximidad a la playa, es posible encontrar manchas permanentes, marcas, rayones o daños menores; reemplazamos rutinariamente los artículos con daños estéticos, pero no después de cada huésped.

House was perfect. 10-15 minute car ride to downtown area. The host Issac was the best, he took very good care of us and helped us with anything we needed. If he recommended something it was always amazing.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house is in a great location; peaceful, quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was good, though it could benefit from some updates. Some of the outdoor furniture and beach towels are showing their age, and the kitchen could use a few more coffee mugs and utensils for the number of guests the home can accommodate. None of these things took away from our trip. What truly made this experience exceptional was the service. Sarah and her team were outstanding from start to finish. Isaac was phenomenal; his communication was quick, he helped coordinate our transportation, arranged an amazing private chef, and made everything effortless. Those services made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend taking advantage of everything they offer, as they truly elevated our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Sarah’s place! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. Isaac made it incredibly easy to coordinate and book everything we needed during our stay, which took so much stress off our group. A huge shoutout to Christian, our private driver, who was amazing. He was always available to take us wherever we needed to go and pick us up at any time, so we never had to worry about finding transportation or dealing with Ubers. Gabriel was hands down the best chef ever! Every meal was delicious, always served warm, and perfectly on time. He truly made our trip extra special, and everyone in our group looked forward to every meal. The maid who came during the end of our stay was so sweet, kind, and she kept everything looking great. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was located in a very safe and secure neighborhood. Very close to all the nice restaurants and a short drive to town. Isaac the concierge was 10/10 fantastic - extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed from car service 24/7, chef arrangements, and stocking the refrigerator with goods before we even got there. The view was beautiful and pool was great.
