The experience was very disappointing and does not correspond to the price paid (approx. $12,000 MXN). The location is confusing, as the map does not indicate the exact spot. Before arriving an hour before check-in, we asked the host, Jaime, if it was possible and he confirmed that it was. Upon entering, the accommodation was very dirty: there were live and dead cockroaches in several rooms, many insects, dust, a wall with moisture and mold, and a strong smell of air freshener. Additionally, one of the rooms smelled like urine. In the garden we saw a large animal that looked like a rodent, and there were rodent control boxes even in front of the pool. The grill was broken and very dirty, and there were fewer chairs than shown in the listing. When informing the host about the cockroaches, he only said it was due to a recent fumigation. If that's the case, you should clean before hosting guests. He didn't offer any solutions. We wouldn't recommend this place.
