Stylish Ocean View Condo, Sleeps 6, Unit 2B

This place was perfect for my 2 yr old son and husband. We had a blast playing in the pool, it was peaceful, very safe, in close walking distance to the beach and San Juan Del Sur town shops and eating. We will definitely be back. The entire condo is well maintained with very friendly staff and is super clean. Maria the host is super kind, helpful and her staff really do care about their guests. She gave us great local suggestions and supported us quickly with anything that we needed. We can’t say enough good about this place!

If you and your family / friends want to experience San Juan, one of Maria-Andrea's properties will be home base. The places are even better than described, beating expectations. We could not have asked for a better host, based on her local & travel experiences she is so helpful. Not only did Maria-Andrea offer scheduling a trusted, friendly and professional company for seamless transition from the airport to the condo, but she then offered me a ride to pick up my rental vehicle and showed me the lay of the land on the way to Rent-a-Nica. She offers great personality, with strong communication and she'll give you the tools and resources you'll need, putting you at ease for the most enjoyable experience from the moment you step off the plane. Its to many unknowns to piece together on your own, work with a pro to have the best experience possible. Beautiful condo, clean and spacious. Perfect host, readily available, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfecto!!

Maria is a super host, she’s always willing to help. The apartment was clean, and it had everything you need to cook. The view is amazing and the place is really quiet. We enjoyed our stay !

Great location driveable to town but far enough for peace and quiet. The space is well maintained and the view is phenomenal. Maria Andrea is a very attentive and proactive host who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had every little thing that we needed for our stay. The gentlemen who worked security were also very kind and helpful. 10/10, would recommend and stay here again! Gracias por todo!

Para los que buscan un lugar con una vista espectacular en San Juan Sur, este es el lugar. Accesible, cerca del centro, muy seguro, el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, amplio, la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar largas estadías, aire acondicionado en todos los espacios. Hay varias playas cerca, además de la de San Juan Sur. Andrea fue increíble, siempre estuvo súper atenta, en mi casa tuve hasta una emergencia médica y ella me asistió todo el tiempo, con transporte al Hospital que queda a 5 minutos de lugar. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Maria Andrea es muy amable. Siempre a la orden para cualquier pregunta además que fue muy flexible con nosotros con respecto al check in y check out. Éramos 4 personas. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio, complejo de apartamentos con vista al mar y al Cristo de San Juan del Sur. Hubo una restricción de 20kwh por día, la cual me pareció una buena iniciativa de ahorrar energía pensando el tema ecológico. Nosotros no usamos los aires acondicionados por decisión propia lo que nos mantuvo muy por debajo del límite y no tuvimos que pagar nada al final. con mucho gusto volvería al apartamento de María Andrea!

María Andrea, brindó excelentes recomendaciones, es una increíble facilitadora. El apartamento ofrece un descanso pleno, súper cómodo, es una zona segura, las vistas son increíbles. Regreso sin duda alguna.

Nos proporcionó valiosas recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y restaurantes locales que resultaron ser una delicia. El apartamento en sí era simplemente fantástico: impecablemente limpio y ordenado, con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos para una estancia cómoda. Además, lo que realmente destacó fue la disposición constante del anfitrión para ayudarnos en cualquier momento. Incluso cuando tuvimos un imprevisto, estuvo allí para apoyarnos y resolverlo rápidamente. Sin duda, volveríamos a este lugar en futuras visitas. La experiencia fue más allá de nuestras expectativas, y todo gracias a la amabilidad y profesionalismo de María Andrea. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Had such a great experience. My grandmother was with me and Maria was so accommodating and responsive. She gave us ideas and options of activities for us to do. The view is incredible. The overall stay was a 10/10. I highly recommend. Maria is the sweetest!

This is our third time coming back and this time we could escape for a whole month, so we really got to live (and work remotely) in the space and experience San Juan without always being on the go. This apartment is across the hall from the one we stayed last time, but both are managed by Maria Andrea. Maria Andrea has always had amazing recommendations but this time took the cake! I loveee to cook and this time she introduced me to a local chef who can come to the apartment and cook for you or if you like to cook like me, just prep your food and bring you the freshest ingredients like fresh fish, shrimp, lobsters and clams from the fisherman's pier! Then we would go down to town and pick up fresh coconut water from the Coco Man and our veggies from El Mercadito. And then go cook in our kitchen with the most beautiful view!! It was a dream. The staff in the building was very conscientious if we were working as well. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!
