Location and Access Notes
Although the property is situated within Punta Leona, vehicle access to the club and Playa Blanca is restricted to Punta Leona club members only.
Punta Leona has leased the parking lot near Playa Mantas, so there is no convenient parking available close to the beach. While the house is inside Punta Leona, access to the club and Playa Blanca by car remains exclusive to club members.
Beach access is available via Playa Mantas, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the house. You may leave your belongings there; however, the parking lot is managed by Punta Leona and is no longer public. Therefore, you will need to return your car to the house after visiting the beach.

🌟 A highly recommended place! 🌟 We have a wonderful vacation at this place. Everything was excellent: very clean, tidy, quiet and, above all, safe, which was the most important thing for us. I would especially like to highlight the attention of Mr. Marco, the host, who was always looking out for us, with a very friendly, attentive and helpful attitude. You can tell the care and dedication she puts into making her guests feel comfortable and well cared for. We definitely recommend this place 100%. It was an excellent experience and we hope to be able to return again. ❤️🏡✨

The house is nice, spacious and comfortable, but it needs a lot of maintenance. A glass door that opens onto the pool can be opened even if it is locked. There is a wasp nest outside the house near the pool that can be dangerous for people if they are not aware of it. The electric stove has a defective knob that, when set to OFF, actually stays on, and several times the people who were staying with us left it on for the same reason that it is bad. There is a short circuit somewhere in the kitchen, because when you cook, it gives quite a strong electric shock and the stove stays on even though it is turned off. The ceiling is in somewhat questionable condition. There was a toilet that did not flush. There were several leaks, such as at the entrance to the main room. There were two broken plastic cups. There was a shower that had no head, so you had to bathe under the uncontrolled jet of water.

Don Marco is a very attentive person and was available to answer my questions before I arrived. The house is very nice and spacious. The pool area is nice for taking children, and the location is super good for going to Playa Blanca or Playa Mantas. The only thing I would recommend is hiring someone to clean on the day a group arrives. The house in general was very dusty, all the furniture, the floors, the pool full of leaves. We had to arrive and start cleaning because we don't like to be in an environment that feels and looks dirty. The house could have a little more maintenance. I think it's too nice to let it deteriorate. You have to take care of details like the fact that there was a pot on the floor in our room when we arrived. I don't know if it was due to a leak, but I thought it was very strange to find that there. Fortunately, it didn't rain while we were there, so I didn't have to check if there was a leak or something. Despite those details, our experience was good.

The accommodation is presious, it feels a lot of peace, don Marco very accessible Just take a little care with the cleanliness in apartments and pool area (it wasn't dirty) but it looked like they had been aseado a few days ago and not the day before or on the same day of entry. Otherwise super recommended, we will definitely be back. You can walk to playa mantas and white beach. We left the cars in the house and everything super safe there is super close and Pops Thank you Don Marco!

i always read the positive and negative evaluations before the final decision, I read about the pool, they have to remember that it is inside an area with many trees, because of the special thing to hear many LAPAS, and that some leaves fall do not make a dent, of the beautiful place and its flora, Many thanks Don Marco
