Here’s a warm and polished note you could send to the host: Thank you for helping make my 40th birthday celebration so special. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful Airbnb. The apartment was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The amenities in the building were beautiful and added so much to our experience. I also really appreciated your flexibility and responsiveness throughout our stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Thank you again for being such a great host and for providing such a lovely space. We created wonderful memories here and would gladly stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

Overall, we genuinely loved the apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and the building amenities were top tier and well maintained. Most of the staff and guests were also kind and welcoming. The host and co-hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. For example, when the WiFi stopped working, they immediately arranged for someone to fix it! Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with one security guard during a disagreement about guest registration. The interaction became rude, demeaning, and aggressive to the point that he elbowed one of our family members. We reported the incident and followed up, but nothing was done to address the situation directly during our stay. As a result, we felt uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay, especially since the same guard continued working night shift the rest of our visit Aside from that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts’ communication and attentiveness
