Este apartamento dúplex independiente de tres habitaciones se encuentra dentro de una gran mansión colonial que también alberga un pequeño hotel de lujo. Los huéspedes comparten únicamente las áreas comunes, incluida la terraza en la azotea y las piscinas, con los huéspedes del hotel.
En el nivel inferior, una sala tipo loft y el comedor adyacente se conectan con una cocina abierta totalmente equipada. El espacio se abre directamente a una terraza de madera con vista al patio interior.

Absolutely stunning apartment! If these walls could talk…. so much history. Comfortable beds, clean and very spacious. Claude and Jose were proactive in reaching out and quick to respond to any questions. The staff at gate made us feel safe and secure but we were only steps to all the action. This apartment is right in the middle of a vibrant atmosphere. The food nearby was incredible, endless options of bars, restaurants, nightlife. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay with Claude! Our family debated and debated whether to give 4 or 5 stars. Ultimately, we went with 4 but it was very close. Pros: The absolutely best part of the stay was being connected to the hotel pools. We were able to go up to the rooftop and get drinks at the pool. A great perk! The apartment itself was comfortable The option to have breakfast cooked. Delicious and convenient! Location inside the walled city was wonderful Host communication was great Cons: Drumming directly outside of the bottom floor bedrooms all day until late at night. Similarly, the hotel had a loud private party one night with booming noise outside the top bedroom. Probably fine for those traveling without kids but ours needed to sleep early. The fridge and ac in one room broke. Claude was incredibly responsive and had people there to fix them right way but neither could be fixed properly during our 3 day stay Floors were too dirty to walk around without shoes

I don’t have enough words to describe how STUNNING this place is. It is located in a great area and is very walkable. The hotel is pure luxury and wow me and my friend group will be staying at this Airbnb every time we come back. Claude was an amazing post as well as José. A wonderful stay! If you want a private apartment with the amenities of a pool and 24 hour security inside a gorgeous and all the oldest in the city hotel and this is it. We were a group of six and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very attentive. Thank you so much for our stay. We look forward to returning.

It's a spectacular place to stay!! The best choice in Cartagena. It exceeded our expectations, very well located in the center and when you enter you are transported in time, every detail is taken care of by Claude and José to make the stay unforgettable. I recommend it 100% to anyone who wants to go and we would be happy to return!!!

Apartment located in a HOTEL and not a residential condominium. Living room windows overlook the hotel's main lobby. Space continuously photographed by hotel guests and visitors. No curtains to ensure minimal privacy in these rooms. Cafeteria open to the public in this same hall - arrivals/departures - Customers/staff/external visitors. Master bedroom balcony with direct view of the hotel's dining room. No curtains or drapes to ensure privacy. no clear instructions given by the host on the rules of access and movement in the hotel despite my requests. Dirty and poorly maintained apartment. Extreme damp smell. Hot water problem on arrival quickly resolved. Unstable internet connection. 48 hours of discussions with the host without finding an agreement on the level of compensation. It was directly AIRBNB that granted us a global discount of 30% given the photos.
