I find it difficult to review the place, because the house itself is not bad, but it does have some shortcomings. Mainly the air conditioning, and also when I arrived the house was hot, as if no one had been there for days, so it took three days for it to cool down! Those were very hot days, and I tried to communicate with them on Sunday when I arrived to tell them about the situation, but they didn't reply until Monday, saying that they hadn't replied because they started work on Monday at 10 am. They sent me a technician and said that a card in one of the devices was faulty, but they didn't fix anything. We found a scorpion and several lizards. There was also rat or mouse droppings in the room, but we never saw them. The light switches also failed a couple of times, because the refrigerator didn't cool enough, we had to buy ice every day and the food spoiled very quickly. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We really enjoyed our stay in Los Cabos. The house has excellent spaces to enjoy as a family, especially the pool, the jacuzzi and the social area, which were undoubtedly the best part of our experience. I would also like to acknowledge the attention of the management company and, in particular, the helpfulness of Juan Carlos, who was always friendly and followed up on our reports. During our stay, there were some maintenance issues that, unfortunately, could not be completely resolved. I understand that these types of situations often depend on the homeowners. I trust that once those details are taken care of, this property will be able to offer the excellent experience it deserves. I would definitely consider renting this house again once those issues have been corrected.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We basically floated in the pool, read books and relaxed the entire time. The beach was so close to walk to and was very private. You could hear the waves from the house which we loved. You also got to watch fireworks most nights! Most importantly the house was basically bug free which is huge while staying in Mexico!

We had a great stay at Casa Sunny Days with a group of friends. We were in Cabo for a wedding next door at Solaz. The location couldn't be beat as far as walking to and from Solaz. The beach was super accessible and it was also really peaceful / felt pretty private and safe. I will say we would probably stay closer to San Lucas or San Jose if we were not attending a wedding. This place is conveniently located between the two, but there aren't a ton of restaurant options or shops nearby other than the restaurants at the resorts, which tend to be very expensive. Overall, the house was solid. The host and the property management group were incredibly responsive and helpful (offered to set up airport transportation, gave us recommendations for grocery delivery, and had tons of contacts for activities). We had eight people, but I would say the house is probably more comfortable for six. That said, we really enjoyed our stay!

It really is a bargain. The kitchen and a couple things are clearly worn out and due for remodeling. However, what is there is cared for by landscaping and pool people. The pool is one of the best things to hang out at. Grocery store not to far. Finding it can be tough the first time!

I would like to say that our family stay was great. We found everything in this house, to cook and to have a great time. Our New Year was the best and we hope to return soon.

This is our second year spending the holidays at Casa Sunny! ☀️ one of the reasons we love it here is the location. Steps away from the beach. Right in the middle of the tourist corridor, 5 min away from chileno beach where we love snorkeling, super close to Fresko grocery store to load up before arrival. Responsive and friendly host and property manager. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sunny and truly enjoyed spending the holidays here with our family. The house is just steps from the beach, and we were lucky enough to see whales right from the property! The grill worked perfectly for our Christmas dinner, and both the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make holiday memories. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding at Solaz. This home was literally right next door and it couldn't have been more perfect. We had a place for our group to be together with our own pool and hot tub. Grilled food. Spent time together in the sun. Playing games. Had beach access. And then could walk to the resort to enjoy the incredible restaurants. We felt incredibly safe thanks to all the doors have their own locks and the security guard out front. This place was truly magical and my entire group has been talking about planning a trip to go back and stay here again. There was an endless list of activities they will sign you up for. The AC worked. It was fully stocked. Incredible stay start to finish. The third bedroom is a casita with it's own kitchen and bathroom and a pull out couch. Great set up for extra privacy.

The location is very private, gated & feels safe. There aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, so I’d definitely recommend having a car. The third bedroom is actually a separate casita attached to the garage rather than part of the main house — something to note if you’re traveling with guests who may be unfamiliar with Mexico or prefer to stay closer together. Beds were comfortable, and the home was clean upon arrival. It’s a beautiful property, though more dated than expected. The pool tiles are coming loose, pool toys need replacing, and there are a few maintenance issues inside, such as loose cupboards. The main concern, however, was pests — we noticed lizard droppings on bedding and counters, and unfortunately, one guest was stung by a scorpion while another cut their foot on a broken pool tile. The owner did mention they are planning to have the property fumigated and maintenance issues addressed, which should help address the issue.
