This home is very professionally managed by Edgar. He was a great host and attentive to all of our guest’s needs. The location is good for enjoying the walled city or any other part of Cartagena. We felt very safe and the home was great for our large group.

Absolutely perfect stay in Cartagena! This house exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We especially loved the attention to detail and how well maintained the property is. The host was outstanding: responsive, kind, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. Excellent host and stay, it has what is required to enjoy, air in all bedrooms and common areas, complete utensils and close to the best areas of Cartagena, very quiet neighborhood and Edgar is extremely friendly and willing to do everything you need. The pool was excellent for the children. highly recommended.

The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable. There is air conditioning in good condition throughout the house, including the common areas, it was always kept cool and cozy. Edgar was always attentive to our stay, when I wrote to him or asked him anything, he responded immediately in a very friendly and helpful manner. The house has very good spaces, ideal for traveling with large groups or family. I would definitely go back to the house, I recommend it.

Excellent place to share and enjoy with the family… we were a group of 15 people and the place was unbeatable: comfortable, well located, all the amenities: full air, all rooms with TV, pool, parasols for the afternoon, two parking lots, super clean, etc… 200% recommended

How many great things can you say about a host! I have a nonprofit organization that takes children on international trips this year. We selected Cartagena and stayed at Edgar‘s place. He greeted us, he may suggestions on kid friendly places to eat, he made sure that we had everything that we needed. There is a grill area on the property and for our last day there we wanted to do a barbecue. He suggested two local women that have come to his property before to barbecue and we hire them. The food was amazing. There are so many other amazing things that I could say about our stay, but that would make this post way too long. What I will say is if you ever find yourself in need of a property in Cartagena, you can’t go wrong with this location.

Edgar was very kind and attentive to us. The social areas are very large and comfortable for a group of 12 people Just note that the rooms are small, except for the master bedroom
