Beautiful location and landscaping, centrally located and wonderful for a small group. Kitchen is well equipped and pool is nice and warm. Smart TVs in every room and plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the surroundings. The manager was easy to reach and helpful in pre-stocking the place with groceries and water. Very safe and secure with 24 hour security guard and gated entrance. Stayed as a group of 4 women on a girls trip and it was good for us. However, a few design flaws that need correcting such as more secure ladder/handrails to access upper bunks in 2 bedrooms, one shower door will not open as it’s blocked by the toilet, and one bedroom’s closet is also partially blocked by a beside table. Pool attracts lots of bugs by the morning, so a pool net is needed. Overall, location is pretty and has potential but these issues hold it back from being worthy of 5 stars.

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Cabo. The unit was beautifully furnished, gorgeous views, quiet neighborhood with a security guard, and convenient to get into town.

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. Pristine! Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Very comfortable for all of us. The hosts were extremely flexible and welcoming super appreciated!

The home was nicely decorated and looked great inside, and the host was responsive and did try to help with our concerns. Unfortunately, there was a very strong sewer smell throughout the home that never went away during our stay, as well as roaches, which made the experience uncomfortable. We were also under the impression from the listing photos that this was a standalone home, but there is actually someone living above the unit. There is quite a bit of construction happening in the surrounding area as well, which made the property somewhat difficult to locate. Overall, while the interior was nice and the host was helpful, the odor and pest issues significantly impacted our stay, and considering these issues, I don’t feel the overall experience was fully worth the price we paid.

Peaceful apartment in a newly built development. Perfect if you have a car as it’s only 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas proper. Complex is located on a hill with a nice view of the water and 2 minutes walk there are rentable pickleball courts that I would highly recommend. All in all great spot for the price if you’re looking for a more chill less resort style beach vacation.
