best accommodation in Santa Teresa. I felt right at home and didnt want to leave the Villa. It's So peacful and clean and has literally everything you need. I cant think of a better place to stay.

Privado. Romántico. Cerca de la calle principal. Silencio. Tranquilo. Limpio. Tiene de todo para cocinar. Esa piscina sirve para limpiar el alma. Recomiendo llevar las cosas para cocinar y no salir, así se disfruta más el lugar y la terraza para comer, es espectacular. Lo único que deben tomar en cuenta es que tienen que ir en vehículos altos, y con buena potencia para entrar al lugar. La calle es muy rocosa y la entrada es empinada. Fuimos en un Suzuki Jimny y hubo que forzarlo bastante para subir. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

El lugar es muy lindo, para ser un espacio donde hay muchos espacios de alojamiento la naturaleza del lugar te hace sentir muy bien. Solo tuvimos un problema con la tv el cual intentamos solucionar desde el primer día y se termino resolviendo el último día, sentimos que se podía solucionar fácilmente desde el primer momento pero por alguna razón se demoró. La entrada no es muy apta para vehículos bajos, nosotros igual encontramos la manera de entrar y salir sin hacer daño al vehículo, pero para alguna persona es quizá un problema. Por lo demás todo bien, la piscina limpia y lindo entorno.

For the price, this place was great!!! It was walking or atv distance from everything Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa, and Playa Carmen areas had to offer. Luciano was very responsive and helpful; he put me in contact with a driver from Cabano Airport, and another night I had to ask where I could buy a phone charger (which he responded very quickly). Overall the stay was great, but there are a few things I wish I could've been more prepared for. There are many bugs on the breakfast nook/balcony so make sure you have good repellant, as that's the only place to eat in the airbnb. Also when you catch the cleaning service ask for an extra toilet paper and for them to take out the trash (you cannot flush toilet paper). Lastly, charge your devices before it rains or you go to bed, because the power may go out and it didn't come back on until 14hrs later. If you have any issues or questions just message Luciano, he's the best! Thanks for a great stay! :)

Great location across from Santa Teresa beach and walkable to many nearby restaurants. The gated parking felt very safe and fancy. Really appreciated a hose to rinse your feet at the entrance and the outdoor shower by the pool, which was a perfect temperature by the way - maybe 78 degrees? There were a few odd things that leaned towards landlord special as opposed to someone’s home, like no place to hang your hand towel in the bathroom yet a screw still in the wall from a time there was. We also didn’t have hot water the first night, though Luciano responded immediately and had it turned on first thing the next morning. I do wish there were more screens as well since I enjoy fresh air, but the only option was the porch area with bugs or inside with the a/c. Still a beautiful place to hang out, and impressively private considering the density of units. The bed was also comfy, the a/c was quiet, and the fridge looked brand new. Overall definitely recommend.
