El espacio
Casa Terra es una hermosa casa rodeada de viñedos, naturaleza y tranquilidad. Ofrece un entorno apacible para pasar tiempo con familiares y amigos mientras disfrutan de excelentes vinos.
La casa incluye:
- Tres habitaciones:
- La habitación principal tiene una cama tamaño king y un baño privado completo.
- Las otras dos habitaciones tienen una cama tamaño queen cada una.
- Cada una de estas dos habitaciones también tiene un altillo con una cama matrimonial.
- Un baño completo compartido para las dos habitaciones secundarias.
- Una oficina independiente para trabajar cómodamente de forma remota.
- Escritorios en dos habitaciones para trabajar o estudiar con mayor privacidad.
- Una cuna y una silla alta, disponibles previa solicitud.
- Una habitación de servicio independiente con una cama individual y baño completo, disponible previa solicitud.
Prepare un café o té y disfrute de las vistas de los viñedos desde la terraza o el patio. También puede reunirse alrededor de la fogata mientras contempla la naturaleza que lo rodea con familiares o amigos y degusta un delicioso vino.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la casa, excepto a las bodegas.
Se requiere aviso previo si desea utilizar:
- La lavadora y la secadora
- La habitación de servicio
Los niños no deben subir a los altillos ni dormir solos en ellos. Los altillos se recomiendan para adultos, no para menores.
Servicios adicionales
El servicio de limpieza diario debe solicitarse con al menos ocho días de anticipación para poder programarlo. Este servicio tiene un costo adicional, que se informará al presentar la solicitud.
Si desea contratar un servicio de cocina en la casa, solicítelo también con al menos ocho días de anticipación. Posteriormente se confirmarán la disponibilidad y el precio.

The house is very nice and located inside a vineyard. In my case, it was very convenient because I had an event at another nearby vineyard and I only had to cross the street.

I stayed with my family at Christmas 2024, a beautiful place! It's excellent for spending time with the family. Maripaz, the administrator of the place, has been without a doubt one of the best people I have had communication with through Airbnb, always attentive and willing, she❤️ made our stay an incredible experience! 100% Recommended🙏🏼

A beautiful house surrounded by vineyards; very spacious, clean and well-kept. We really liked it. Having a campfire and barbecue area also allowed us to have more family activities that you don't normally do in the city. It has TV, internet, and everything works great. Only the phone signal was difficult for some, but for others everything was normal. The area is very quiet so you can rest and disconnect, and relax a lot. It is far from the bus station but close to the airport, although I think it is best to arrive by car because the distances are long and the area of tours and restaurants is uphill. Marypaz was the best host! She gave us many local recommendations, helped us and was always available; we are very grateful for her kind and attentive treatment. Beautiful views and incredible sunsets; highly recommended for group trips.

Super friendly! Always attentive and super flexible. The house is amazing, inside the vineyard, with very good finishes and very well-equipped. Highly recommended for a weekend with friends or family.
