El espacio ofrece vistas al azul del Mar de Cortés, convirtiendo tus vacaciones en una experiencia única en nuestro condominio de dos habitaciones con baño privado, área de sala abierta, hermoso balcón y 2 baños grandes que garantizan privacidad y espacio en perfecta armonía.
Montemar cuenta con una gran piscina central con jacuzzi con vista a Cabo San Lucas y todas las comodidades están al alcance.
Disfruta tu desayuno con una hermosa vista al mar desde el amplio balcón y contempla los atardeceres más bellos mientras disfrutas de cócteles junto a la piscina.

Otras Consideraciones
- REUNIONES: Sabemos que vienes a Cabo San Lucas para disfrutar, pero por respeto a los demás inquilinos y vecinos, esta propiedad tiene una estricta política de "No Fiestas".
- HORARIO DE SILENCIO: De 10 PM a 8 AM. Los huéspedes son responsables del comportamiento de todas las personas en su unidad.
- FUMAR: No está permitido fumar en las habitaciones. Se aplicará una multa mínima de 250 USD si se determina que se fumó en la habitación durante la estancia.
- DECORACIÓN: Si deseas decorar por alguna celebración especial, usa cinta adhesiva azul que no dañe las paredes y retira la decoración antes de tu salida sin dañar la pintura. En caso de daño, el costo será de 100 USD por pared. Consulta sobre el servicio adicional de decoración que podemos ofrecerte.
- EDAD MÍNIMA: Los huéspedes nombrados en la reserva deben ser mayores de 18 años. Al reservar, declaras que tienes la capacidad legal para contratar y que estarás presente en el check-in y durante toda la estancia.
- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: El check-in es a partir de las 3 PM y el check-out antes de las 11 AM. Check-ins tempranos y check-outs tardíos dependen de disponibilidad y deben solicitarse un día antes. Pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales.

Great place to stay - It looked just like the photos. A short car ride or 10-15 min walk to restaurants and activities. Marco was accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process and stay.

We had an amazing stay at Marco’s condo. It is such an amazing view and the apartment is fantastic! You are minutes from the marina and everything that it offers. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Not too far from the Marina and the restaurants but far enough not to be disturbed by late night bars and clubs. The apartment is on the 7th floor (of 8) which offers great views of down town and of the bay. Marco and Yolanda are excellent hosts and very responsive. The next time I’d like to stay there when it’s not spring break. If only to get an idea of how the area is without spring breakers around.

I’ve stayed at a plethora of air bnb around the world I can confidently say this is the best 1. I will be back to visit Cabo just for this unit. 7 minute walk from the strip. 2 minute drive. The Bnb was stocked w towels and tissues and other amenities I highly recommend booking here

Had a great stay! The apt was spacious and spotless with high end vibes throughout. Easy access and the views were the highlight. Easily walkable to all of Cabo San Lucas. Would definitely try to book again for our next visit.

701 was a beautiful unit with an amazing view. Many people have mentioned the construction next door, this did not bother us at all. Only thing to note that we were not aware of, the hot tub is only heated from 4:00-10:00pm and the pool is very cold, not heated at all. Overall, our stay was amazing. I would recommend this unit/building and would stay here again.

That was our second time staying at Montemar. Can’t say enough of how much we loved it. From making the reservation to our last day there- all went smoothly. The staff is very accommodating in answering any questions we had. See you next year.
