Just returned from Tulum and it was everything we hoped it would be! Our house was just as advertised-absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Mike, the property manager and Gaby, the concierge gave great advice and recommendations for our stay. Upon arrival we had a meal prepared for us that was delicious and very affordable! We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. It was a treat not having to worry about cooking on our first day. During our stay housekeeping did a great job and the maintenance crew kept the property and pool extremely clean! There is so much more to do in Tulum than just the beach! We hired a guide who took us to the Mayan ruins followed by a delicious lunch prepared by a Mayan family and then ended the day in a gorgeous cenote. Several other highlights were Sac Actum (A MUST and worth every penny) and Laguna Kaan Luum. We felt completely safe tucked away in this gated community but also while walking around town!

Our group of 6 (plus a 1 yr old) had the most wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. First and foremost, Gaby was phenomenal. Whether she was making reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, calling taxis, or getting us milk for my baby when we ran out, she was always so sweet, helpful and quick to respond. The chefs were also amazing- breakfast and dinner was delicious everyday. The villa was beautiful, clean and a perfect size for our group. We had 2 hiccups upon arrival(eg broken pack-n-play), but the property manager came and fixed within 30 minutes. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the community pool and down the road to nearby taquerias. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Originally, I booked an all-inclusive in Cancun, and upon arrival we quickly knew that the hotel was NOT what we wanted for the trip. I hopped on Airbnb at about 11pm local time and Michelle replied within the hour! Impressive! So thankfully, we were able to check into this FABULOUS home, and it MADE our trip that much more memorable. The host, Gaby was 10 out of 10, the best! I will definitely return!

Michelle’s place was beautiful just like the photos . Gaby concierge was very helpful to give tips on many things from dining at restaurants to beach clubs just about anything you need to make your trip unforgettable . Damian the manager was also very helpful and always made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely book Michelle’s place again if I visit Tulum in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, our experience at the house in La Pravida, Tulum was incredible. Property manager Damian and concierge Gaby were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect for our family vacation. The wonderful maids who cleaned every other day went above and beyond, even washing and putting away all our dishes so we could truly relax and enjoy our time. The highlight of our stay was the surprise birthday taco bar for my wife, beautifully prepared by our special cook, Selma. Her culinary skills are top-notch, and the food was nothing short of spectacular! It made the celebration truly unforgettable. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious getaway in Tulum!

Absolutely stunning. Look no further. I will be back for sure. Clean, secure, luxury with taste. Also close to everything right between the town and the ocean also quick hop to the highway and all the censotes. Gabi the concierge is outstanding at her job, and so is Damian the host and his cleaning crew and breakfast lady who I highly recommend booking - this was such a great decision. Finally, I can’t recommend enough private chef Moti for exclusive in house dining experiences - he made us say wow on his food in two separate dinners we booked with him (second booked only after we had the first one lol). Gaby and Damien were so incredibly helpful with everything! There were literally no rental cars anywhere and Gaby managed to find us a rental, which we so appreciated. She was also incredibly helpful with reservations and suggestions to make the most of our short stay. Damien was likewise responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend working with them both!

Look no further!! I have traveled all over the world and honestly, being in my 40’s, at this point it’s pretty hard to impress me. That said, this house is even more beautiful in person! Gaby, the concierge and Damian, the property manager were ALWAYS 100% on point. Extremely kind, helpful, and a true joy to work with. The fridge was stocked with my list upon arrival. We wanted a chef to prepare lunch after a long day of travel. As we walked in the door (being greeted briefly by Damian), Rosa, was finishing up the ceviche, guacamole, and fish tacos! The rice, beans, chips…everything was perfection! The rooms are stunning. The bathrooms are spacious, and private. I like a toilet to have a door inside the bathroom, which it did. Gaby is the most genuine person and made sure our rental bikes were waiting for us, recommendations with links were provided. She is a true gem! Communication, the pool, too many amazing things to name. We absolutely will return!

Michelle's place was amazing! The villa itself was beautiful, the staff attended to the property daily, and it was right in the middle of everything!! We felt safe with the strict security, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Very close to downtown and the beach and the recommended house cook staff was top notch! Will definitely visit again!
