El espacio
Las áreas comunes ajardinadas e interconectadas de la villa invitan a disfrutar de una parrillada junto al jardín, con un comedor al aire libre al lado de un estanque de peces. Hay dos salas de estar-comedor que se abren directamente al jardín y la piscina, ambas equipadas con un sistema de audio integrado para uso en interiores y exteriores.

The place is excellent, whether you want to spend a few quiet days away from the daily grind or prefer to get together with friends and spend a few days on the property, which has everything. Marce, the host, is definitely spectacular, and I have nothing but thanks and praise for you for everything.

Villa Toh was everything we hoped for and more. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Marce was an excellent host; she was super proactive, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Getting in and out of Playacar is a bit difficult due to the high amounts of security, but Marce made the whole process streamlined and our families had a fantastic time. Make sure you communicate throughly in advance if you wish to have outside vendors so access can be facilitated. I hope we can come visit again sometime. I’d highly recommend this place to large families/group of friends.

Marce and staff were friendly and helpful with our many questions and requests. Our big group of adults and kids enjoyed our time a great deal. The local beach was visited many times.

We had an incredible weekend here! The photos truly don’t capture how beautiful the house is. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Marce—she was fantastic. She made everything so easy by sharing all the information we needed, along with great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend 💯!

Beautiful house, great for a large group. We came for a family trip and it was very comfortable for 10 people with everyone able to come together but also have space for themselves. Close to downtown Playa so it's easy to go out to dinner. You have to go through 2 security checkpoints to get to the house which felt a bit cumbersome , but it's very secure which we appreciated and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk through. The one downside for us was that it was a challenge to get to the beach. The house comes with several beach club passes, but the club is ~2 miles away and you need to get there right when it opens to be able to get in (830 -9 AM). Not a deal breaker for us, but something to consider if you hope to spend a lot of time at the beach.

Our host was very responsive and helpful, and the rooms were good, clean, and well maintained. The services the host mentioned were delivered as promised. However, for anyone planning to spend time at the beach, access is quite difficult. The property only provides 8 beach passes for a group of 14 people, and the beach access must be through a public beach, which makes it inconvenient for large groups. Another downside was the laundry service, which costs $50 each time you want to wash clothes, something we found excessive. The pool was also very limited: it receives almost no sun, so it’s cold, and it’s not a place where you can tan or relax comfortably. Overall, while the host and cleanliness were positives, the beach access, laundry cost, and pool conditions were disappointing and important to consider before booking.

An excellent place to take a few days of vacation. The house is beautiful, everything was very clean, tidy. Marcela (the host) is very friendly, super attentive, always available for any need that arises. The place is very nice, safe and quiet. I highly recommend it.
