Amazing house with a fantastic view. More than expected. Be aware that one bedroom and bathroom is separate frontage main house and is accessible only by entering from downstairs outside. Not an issue for us but could be with smaller kids. Would definitely come back!!!

This was probably my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The windows and views are spectacular. It is clean and modern. While the gravel roads make it a bit challenging to get to its a lot easier than I thought it would be when I booked and it was totally worth it. Grab this place if it’s available for your trip to Monte Verde. You would not regret it.

One of the most amazing views at sunset you will ever see. Close to town but far enough away to have peace. Lots of room . I would recommend 4 WD vehicle as the roads around monteverde can be steep and paved with dirt. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck enjoying the view.

This Airbnb is in an amazing spot. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, it’s about 12 minutes to town — but the real bonus is that it’s right up the road from El Tigre Falls and Selvatura Adventure Park. We also stumbled upon a great little massage spot just five minutes away, which was a perfect touch. The views were breathtaking, the hot tub was excellent, and the whole place had an incredibly peaceful vibe. It was exactly the kind of getaway we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

This place has the most breathtaking views!! Such a great spot and would stay here again. Sun gets bright in the early morning, so I would take an eye mask! About 10-20 min from everything in the area.

Beautiful space overlooking pastures and forest.. you can see forever on a clear day!! The space was super clean and comfortable. The balcony net is a great space to relax, read, look for birds, or stargaze! Jesse and others communicated quickly and clearly for all things about the house, directions, bookings for adventures, dining options and supermarkets. The road to the house is gravel but not terrible, and while we had a 4x4 Suv, we never used 4-wheel drive while in Monteverde or Santa Elena. Would recommend this private stay to anyone looking for a fun base in the area. Close to many adventures and attractions, and town is close to. Family of 2 parents, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents

Casa Yvyra’i is truly one of the most beautiful and tranquil places I’ve experienced on Airbnb. The home exceeded our expectations and was a welcome retreat after the stunning journey to St. Elena, a charming town. While it’s listed as a two-bedroom, the noticeable difference between the rooms makes it best suited for a couple, unless you’re traveling with very gracious friends who insist you take the larger, nicer one. Monteverde is lush and breathtaking; it’s the kind of place that moves into your heart.
