Great place to stay if you are going with a big party and if you are looking for something private and peaceful. Take in mind that you are 20-25 minutes (depends on traffic) away from the Malecon or the public beach. Just one recommendation is to clean up outside of the house there was a lot of spider webs in most of the corners and the hallway from porch to the patios needed a little more clean up. Overall it was a good experience.

Cool spot on a lagoon. Quiet and tranquil spot. Beach access was a little difficult but the scenery was nice. It’s away from the big resorts. Good crabbing and fishing in the lagoon. Nice pool and amenities. Jordan was very responsive with a few things that needed to be addressed. Overall I would stay again.

The location and property are gorgeous. Far enough away to be peaceful yet close enough to get to town quickly. Would definitely recommend this amazing home.

Great location if you want to enjoy family time away from all the noise and commotion. The sunsets were beautiful and the sky was extra dark at night. We enjoyed both the Laguna and ocean on our trip. The house is big and open, has two family room areas which was good for the adults and kids to enjoy. The host answered quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Would stay again with our family!

We go to Puerto Penasco several times a year, but this was our first time staying on the northern side of town. Jordan’s home was perfect for our party of 7 adults and one teenager. Jordan was very communicative and helpful with directions and questions. Personal insights: * swim in the ocean or the pool * canal great for paddle boarding * home is beautiful * gas grill was very clean * WiFi signal is strong * enjoyed drinks on one of the balconies, talking late into the night in the upper family room, and playing board games on the roof. * the house water pressure is better than most * flushing tp is a nice bonus * kitchen is well stocked with trash bags, pans, utensils, dinnerware - the upper front bathroom shower door doesn’t close, but the shower works just as well as a walk in shower - avoid using multiple showers at once - ocean is more like lake water & clay rather than clear water and sand - roof door has no outer handle - steep slippery slope to canal, no steps Lived it tho.
