Gorgeous house that is even more beautiful in reality! Very spacious house with a high ceiling, very pleasant. Very well-equipped house. Everything was really amazing! Simon was very helpful in recommending nearby shops, etc. I would honestly recommend him to everyone; the value for money is excellent.

The good, The great My first Airbnb experience was truly exceptional. The place matched the pictures perfectly. We arrived with a group of five girls, and the concierge service was amazing. The host responded quickly. We booked private chefs, tours, massages, transportation, and even snacks and alcohol delivery. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, and the pool was warm. The living room has massive windows. So it does stay on the warmer side. There is a cute coffee shop you can walk to in 2mins. It is beautiful , peaceful, and safe. Would I do it again? 1000%

Beautiful property..it was hard getting the place cooled down when we first got there but, after a while it worked out. The team was always responsive to me, which stood out the most and was MUCH appreciated. Property also had their own cleaning service and she also helped us figure out how things worked at the house as well. Overall 20/10 I would def stay here again.

Beautiful home, really clean and has cleaning service everyday complimentary. Host came by one of the days to pick up the cleaner and was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. Also arranged driver from and to airport for our stay.

I would stay here every time! The house was beautiful and the perfect size, better than the pictures. The neighborhood was very private and peaceful, we all felt extremely safe! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and we had the concierge set up grocery delivery for when we first arrived. We were able to walk to a small convenience store during the day, but had to taxi to anywhere further. Having the house and pool cleaned everyday was a nice amenity, but the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun. We had the private chef and bartender come for 2 nights. The food was delicious, with lots of left overs to have throughout the trip. The two people that came to our villa were so much fun, and made sure we had plenty to drink and eat. We booked private driving services to and from the airport. It was a great price and the drivers were communicative and always on time. We also had drivers to take us to and from dinners and clubs. They made us feel safe and would pick us up whenever we asked

We had a great time at this villa in Tulum. The Zuna Stays team was very attentive to our needs from start to finish, which greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and extremely well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the intimate side of the place, perfect for relaxing in peace. The outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and very well maintained. The cleaning was done discreetly every day, which is a real plus. We also felt safe thanks to the cameras at the entrance. In short, accommodation that we would recommend in a second. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We stayed at Casa Manati for a week. Great stay, the villa is great and spacious for our group. Responsive and available hosts. We highly recommend it!

Casa manati was simply amazing. And honestly, the place was better than in the pictures. It felt very luxurious with the upscale furniture, massive kitchen, lush backyard with pool, tall ceilings, and concrete throughout with modern interior decor. The price was a steal for our party of 10 and would absolutely stay here again. The host was helpful and very responsive and even helped coordinate transportation multiple times.
