Casa Monarca es una casa tradicional de Atitlán ubicada en una bahía tranquila y apacible. Desde cada rincón de la propiedad se pueden disfrutar vistas increíbles del volcán y de las montañas circundantes.
La casa es adecuada para una variedad de familias e incluye áreas interiores y exteriores, una cocina totalmente equipada, una piscina y un jacuzzi. Otras características incluyen:

As advertised. Slightly difficult to get in and out of. Def need a higher vehicle. Home was nice. Pool area was great. If with a larger party take plenty of towels as there isn’t many in the home.

It is a beautiful place. My family was delighted with Annis's accommodation. The scenery was beautiful. We were very satisfied. The people who take care of and help at the place are very friendly, and the host is very nice and friendly. She quickly provided a solution to any problem or situation. We would definitely come back with my family.

Very nice house, we would definitely come back. It's a bit secluded, and I don't think a car that isn't high would be able to get in. The host is very friendly and very open. We appreciate the experience; we had a great time with the family.

We loved the property, which is what you see in the pictures. The outdoor gardens are beautiful overlooking the lake. We spent most of our time on the patio, using the pool and hot tub enjoying Lake Atitlan. Silvia (caretaker) was very sweet and eager to help if we needed something. Definitely back here next year, only for a longer stay! Annis is a fantastic host who cares about her guests. Loved this place!

Our stay at this Lake Atitlán was absolutely beautiful. The views alone are worth it, waking up to the lake and volcano every morning felt unreal. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Also Don José and Family were absolutely sweet, accommodating and very helpful. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing here. The views are gorgeous. Our group drove to the house which was a little challenging due to Google Maps. Highly recommend hiring a boat tour while you are here.
